Loved working here as a kid many moons ago and it was great to come back to do golf and batting cages.

I was excited to take my two kids 10 and 14 years because I thought they would have a lot of fun. My daughter, the older one after doing two activities decided she was bored and no longer wanted to participate, but I don't think that has to do anything with the park. It was more something happen. She got upset and had a bad attitude, ha ha ha ha teenagers. I decided to then participate with my son. We had purchased the two hour wristbands and I would say the 90 minutes is plenty of time to experience the park. There are a variety of slides and activities however, for that duration of time it feels like you run out of things to do for the kids they have no problem going up and down those stairs that you have to climb to get to the slides, however, for the adults, I will warn it's quite a good workout. When we arrived. It was super packed, a lot of birthday parties going on and just a lot of people in general. I'm not sure if it's because the weather was cooler outside and people wanted to do something inside, but it could've also been because it was a Saturday. When you check in, you have to make sure to fill out a waiver before you can go and pay and purchase your tickets, that's a little bit of a hassle, but if you go online and handle it before you arrive that will expedite the process. Also at the check-in counter they will upsell you for slushy's. I went ahead and opted for this because I know my kids enjoy them. When I went to go redeem them, It was a bit of a wait in line at the snack place. They seemed a little short staffed. Overall there were employees around, the majority of them being teenagers and I think it was a little bit too lax on the supervision. Not sure if they truly grasp the importance of safety and definitely there aren't employees stationed at every slide. I was kind of glad that I was going around with my son because if you have some unruly children, cutting lines and pushing people down the slides, there aren't always employees around to put them in check. Overall it was a fun experience to try once we don't have anything like this back home but I'm not sure that I would go again. It's a more of a one and done experience for us.

Definitely a fun place for the kids that they did not want to go home after three hours here…read more There were a lot of different slides for the kids to try. The slides were pretty long and the kids slides down pretty fast. This place was so crowded when we went here this past Sunday.

It's two for 47 and you get two icees with it as well. They have glow night so I would always call ahead. We came on a Saturday and got here at six and didn't realize they had glow night going on at seven so the kids only got to jump for an hour which was our fault so always check ahead. The glow looks super fun and the kids have different colored socks. They get a T-shirt and they turn the lights off. Definitely recommend for kids 10 or older.

We weren't told our old jump socks weren't allowed, and 5 minutes in, our child was pulled off and crying... ------ I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this so others can make an informed decision, especially those who remember the good old days of Rockin' Jump. If you're reading reviews, make sure to check the most recent ones. The ownership has changed, and with it, so has the experience. What once was a fun and friendly environment at Rockin' Jump has become a noticeably downgraded version under Sky Zone. Our family spent a lot of great times at Rockin' Jump, and we were regulars. One of the things we always appreciated was the flexibility with jump socks. Any safety socks from any trampoline park were always accepted. Naturally, we grabbed our kids' jump socks and headed out like we always had. We signed the usual waiver, paid for our jump time, and weren't told anything about a sock policy change. Not five minutes in, our child came back in tears because the staff wouldn't let her jump. We told her to go back out and try again, but another staff member immediately called her off again, pointing at her feet. When I asked for clarification -- especially since the rubber-grip socks were bought at that very location under the previous name -- I was told we had to purchase Sky Zone-branded socks if we wanted our kids to jump. No explanation, no safety reason, just "policy." We had to go back to the front, wait in a long line, and buy new socks. I still held out hope they would acknowledge the misunderstanding and at least extend the jump time to make up for what we lost -- but no. We paid for the socks, and that lost time? Gone. No refunds or extensions. Out of curiosity, I asked several staff (including at the desk) what made their socks special. I was only told, again, "It's policy." That's not a reason. It's branding -- and a forced upsell. While $4 per pair might not seem like much, it's the principle that leaves a bad taste. How do people feel about being forced to pay extra for the privilege of advertising someone else's logo? Other observations: Staff are allowed to wear whatever footwear they want -- apparently, the sock policy only applies to paying customers. The rock climbing wall is essentially nonfunctional now. The upper half has had all the pegs removed, so most kids just sit in the foam pit there. There's an intercom announcement every 15 minutes repeating the rules, which are already posted everywhere. It feels overbearing -- possibly the result of past legal issues? The staff enforcement of jump time has become uncomfortably strict. We understand that time limits are necessary, but the tone and delivery have become unnecessarily harsh. R.I.P. Rockin' Jump. You gave our family years of fun, and we'll treasure those memories. Sadly, this new version just isn't the same.
