My opponent and I were warming up on the range, as we arrived early. With half our buckets left, the first ranger arrived to rush us to the tee because someone in front of us canceled. Then, after paying 75 DOLLARS for the round, we were paired with people far better than us (scratch golfers vs 100ish per 18 holes). When we hit the turn at 9, a ranger was there to tell us we were playing 10 minutes behind. Oh crap, better hurry up. So we did. And by hole 11, we were waiting on the group in front of us before we could hit. I voiced my concern to the clubhouse after this round and received zero accountability. In fact, they laughed as I left the clubhouse to go to my car. This pretentious course does not warrant your attention or money...significant money...to play there. YOU. CAN. DO. BETTER.

The process is now over a month and a half in and there has still not been a resolution. I have emailed numerous times just hoping to get any kind of correspondence back regarding my missing clubs. Once again, nothing. How a seemingly reputable company is that diseased in the customer service aspect of their business in 2014 is unfathomable to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Big beers! To compensate for the long lines they serve beer in massive beer stines! 4. They have other games to play like skee ball, ping pong, and darts. 5.
