Got fitted for some new irons @ Golf Discount in O'Fallon. Excellent fitting process. Irons…read morewere ordered from Callaway Golf, arrived a few days later. After playing a couple of rounds with the new clubs, I realized that I should have picked a different model. The manager Chris said, " No problem." I brought the irons back, he re-ordered the different model. They came quickly, were just what I needed. Chris and his staff did a great job- would highly recommend them for your golf needs.

I usually have nothing but praises to sing about this place but unfortunately not today…read more About 4 days ago I went in to get a Scottie Cameron putter ($449.99). I had already checked the website and multiple putters I wanted to look at were in stock. I went to test them before I purchased them and couldn't find 3 of the putters that showed in stock so I asked this employee named Frank. Frank was an employee that was roaming around the putting area. He would talk to customers about the putters they were looking at and was giving his input. Seemed to do more confusing than helping. He was nice enough though. When I asked Frank about the Phantom 5, Frank told me what was on the floor was what they had. I explained to Frank that I saw multiple online and asked if they could possibly be in the back storeroom. He stated "No. you can't trust that website." I was a bit annoyed he didn't check the system, or even browse the back to try and figure out what the issue was. So I walked to the front of the store unsatisfied, and spoke with Sarah. I didn't even mention Frank but explained the same situation. Sarah found the Scottie Cameron Phantom 5 putter within seconds showing in stock. 5 minutes later SHE GOT IT FROM THE BACK and I purchased it. Sarah was amazing and is the only reason this even received 2 stars. I don't know if he's lazy, hiding putters for his buddies, for him to sell, or what the issue was but I know for sure that it is bad business. While I was checking out, Frank walked up and said "Oh you found it?" I just nodded. Then as he was leaving he said "Enjoy." I found the interaction odd and insincere. I typically drive the extra miles to deal with the Chesterfield crew and avoid most people in STL (with the exception of the incredible Santa Clause/Club fitter there) but recently the STL location has been 10x better than the folks at Chesterfield. I can't stress enough how great Sarah was. When I come back, it will simply be because she saved the day. Right now, this isn't a place I would go out of my way to recommend. Golf Galaxy needs to do better.

I did the 1 hr individual assessment with Alisha Matthews and couldn't be happier. Of course the…read moreresults remain to be seen...its up to me to use the information and guidance Alisha provided but here are my post-assessment thoughts: - First Alisha is fantastic to work with! Very personable, very knowledgeable, appears to be a GREAT listener (!!!), relays information in usable ways, and doesn't overload you with comments, thoughts, changes. This was my first time meeting / working with Alisha and the experience was very enjoyable. - Alisha started off our assessment asking me a host of questions, which was refreshing. She asked questions covering my golf experience, my background with golf (and other sports), my goal(s), my golf frequency, why I was there, etc. It was a wonderful way for us to get to know each other. Off to a good start! - Alisha watched me warm up then hit some balls. Good conversation along the way, a couple of "atta boys" during the warmup and swings. Then the fun began. Alisha video'ed me swinging and pointed out some areas we were going to work on. All which was explained in very understandable terms. - Then 3 drills to help a couple of key areas, which I practiced while she observed...extremely helpful and something I could continue to work on. - We talked about next steps, which Alisha left totally up to me...no pressure, no "sign up now" focus. I probably left out something along the way but my assessment was well worth the investment. Alisha seems like an incredible instructor and I'd highly recommend her. I'll be working on the "homework" Alisha gave me then looking to book more time with her.

First was how she improved their swings, and second was how comfortable Maria made them feel. In fact they are already making plans for their next lesson when they come back to town. (They live out of state). Both enjoyed their video playback and were surprised how well their swings improved after just a few pointers from Maria. They are looking forward to continued progress. To summarize, they loved Maria's teaching techniques and her encouraging personality.

Other staff here were really kind and supportive as well so credit to them! Especially at front desk Today was the best thanks to the support. I also would like to include Issac for delivering the food while Claire took the orders. Both of them were really kind and direct Most times people are quiet and didn't talk so this time was special and meant alot for both me with the people here Definitely will return again and bring more family or friends to support again.

It was our first time coming to Topgolf and we didn't get instructions but we figured it out pretty quickly. There's some golf clubs, including several various options, both short and tall. There are also can't miss clubs, which was a nice option for the kids. You select a game on the screen (angry birds and sonic are a few options), approach the little green patch, swing your club over a light that pops out a ball. We did find someone to request left handed clubs for one of my kids which was readily met. We all enjoyed hitting the balls, especially my 7 year old (and husband). For the event, they had buffet style food which was good for kids, okay for adults. Finger type foods like quesadillas, chicken nuggets, corn dogs, and tater tots. Service for drinks was a little slow but they were busy. It's a little chilly but they did have some heaters. Still, most of my family was most comfortable in our coats. It would be a fun activity for a date night. It is expensive though so I would try to go on a day or time of day they have deals (there are at least a few). My son now wants to have his birthday party here in the spring so we likely will be back!
