The staff has shown great customer service to us for all of our visits as well. My son fell and got a small injury on one of our visits and the staff was urgent to help providing first aid care and lollipops to help with the tears!

The best area to keep track of the big kids maybe on the top of the ramp outside the wall. It's welcoming and cozy, well organized, and has plenty to do. Adult seating is provided around the room. A well-stocked art area allows for messy creativity.
