Gary was awesome! I had problems with 2 areas of water leak in my crawlspace from pipes which were damaged by rodents. I called around and had multiple plumbers that had good reviews on Angie's List and/or Yelp come to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix and replace those 2 areas of damaged pipes, and the costs varied a lot; from expensive to very expensive. One plumber also says that his work had no warranty because of the rodents. I was very fortunate to have found Gary. He was also able to come earlier to fix the problem. Not only was his price the best, it was very reasonable; and he also has a 1 year warranty too. Furthermore, he found another larger pipe that was about to break off and fixed that one too. If this larger pipe had broken, it would have caused more water and waste drainage issues than the smaller pipes. Gary has done multiple jobs for me and I've been extremely pleased with each experience. I have an old house (1928) and needed quite a bit of plumbing work taking out old systems and replacing them with new systems. Gary can get the job done. His hourly rate is very reasonable given that he works fast and efficiently. I had a recent problem with my shower and he came over and did a temporary fix until I can find out a long term solution to my problem. If I were living in the Snohomish (county) area I would be contacting Go Long... Gary for a bid. I trust him and he delivers at the rate he quotes and within the timeline he provides. Called Gary due to a old hot water tank leaking and constant toilet issues and I am so happy I did! Gary was out the next day with a new tank. He lived up to all his great reviews and more. He didn't just replace my hot water tank and fix my toilet he also found a possibly disastrous venting issue that could have harmed my family. Its also about the little things....like tightening up a loose toilet seat that my boys have been slipping and sliding on that has been an issue for over a year when he wasn't asked too. The first thing we have to say about Go Long Plumbing is WOW! We called Gary one Friday and he came out the SAME DAY! He took a look at the problem, which was our own self-induced issue (a poorly done plumbing job that leaked badly.) He told us he had already fully booked the next day, a supposed day off, but said he could fit us between the two commitments he already had made. He came out as promised the following day, had my do-it-yourself fiasco repaired in less than an hour and charged us less than most plumbers would have charged just for showing up. Gary Long is awesome! We noticed water damage in our kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bathtub last Saturday. I left Gary a voice message, and he called me back Sunday morning. He fit us into his schedule on Tuesday after a three-day holiday weekend and did some very minor repairs to the bathtub to prevent further leaking. We would give Gary 6 stars if we could. We gave him a call when we had a clogged drain, and he kindly gave us several ideas about how to solve the problem since he couldn't come right away. He even agreed to stop by the next day, though he was already booked. When we had to call after hours with additional questions, he answered them all.
