After the call, she sent me a stock photo of what the bouquet would look like. When I got to the flower shop to pick it up, the bouquet looked nothing like it. The woman who I had spoken with wasn't there. The (what looked like or seemed to be) owner was too busy to acknowledge me or even greet me, rummaging through some decorations and arrangements and yelling in Russian at a younger kid, or to ask me what I needed or anything of the sorts. (!) Regarding the arrangement and aesthetics of the bouquet, I wanted calla lilies and while the bouquet was comprised of the flowers, it had zero appeal, beauty or real floral vibrancy. It honestly looked like it had just been sloppily put together, with no real sense of taste, finesse or care. I had to push for it to be reworked - a poor worker did help me out in the end (by going back and fixing it 2-3 times) and I did finally walk out of there somewhat at peace, but the forceful, "send it back to upgrade/better it" notion of it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'll never go back, for the overall service and quality of the product.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a super friendly girl.. and i'll completely understand if you're not the type of customer to be open to conversation, but give this a shot. They do not give you packets of "flower food", but they do give some advise on how to keep the flowers somewhat longer. They have plenty of bouquets and I wish they had just as much variety when it came to flowers that you can put together yourself. By the way... the entrance is not on Broadway. It's on 34th Street (south side of Broadway).

This is the bouquet , this bouquet i could of got at a supermarket for $20. i got robbed ! on mother's day i went in to pick up my bouquet of CRAP which i said aloud umm this is what i paid $40 for and then the women went in the back and threw some glitter and stuck a happy mother's day pick in the bunch. As i looked into their freezer thing i saw an ARRANGEMENT with a paid receipt of $40. actually a few arrangements in freezer and all the receipts has hispanic names. i finally realized that they were racist. they treat their own kind of people better than other races. Also my husband (who is african american)went in on mother's day and got 2 bunches of roses , when he asked how much was each bunch they told his "$25" so he asked them to combine it. when it was time to pay they told him $97. they try to CON people ! he was desperate so he bought it. but $97 for 24 roses ? i'll never return nor will i ever recommend.
