Excellent service. Always reliable, punctual, and friendly. I've never experienced any delays with them, and their drivers are consistently courteous and professional. The fares are reasonable, and the overall experience has been great every time I've used their service. I really appreciate how they've upgraded their vehicles from the older shuttle buses with rough suspension to the newer, mini-limo-style vans. The difference in comfort is huge. Rides feel smoother, quieter, and far more pleasant overall. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because it should be easier to reach customer service after business hours. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Do NOT use Go Express! Go Express left us stranded at the airport on a Sunday evening. While in baggage claim, we received a text saying, "woops, you missed your shuttle." Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway. read more

Convenient pick up from the airport and drop off to McNutt dorm in Bloomington. I was relieved when the early morning pick up from Home2Suites was prompt and reliable (6:25am) with a friendly driver. I used the shuttle for the first time yesterday to get from Bloomington to the Indianapolis airport. Pick up was so easy--the driver actually came inside the Home2Suites to see if anyone was waiting, so there was no stress about missing the shuttle. Driver checked my name off a list to board. Shuttle itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Driver was super friendly. Very easy 50 minute ride to the airport. This will be my new way to get back and forth, no need for a rental car. My son and his friend were booked last night (Dec. 2nd, 2024) for 6.50pm shuttle from Indy airport to West Lafayette. Their flight was 5 minutes delayed so they got to the shuttle stop at 6.55pm. The reservation had their flight details so one would expect (as drivers have previously) a few minutes consideration. Ok we understand if the driver cannot wait. No shuttle at 8.50pm, None at 9.50pm - the Indiana Bloomington shuttle came but none for West Lafayette. They finally got one at 10.33pm!!! In 20F weather. I called the customer service today morning and they said we have trackers and all shuttles came! But they immediately on their own offered refund - I did not even ask. I don't care for my $30 as my child had to suffer. so I can understand that they know what happened.... They need to have an after hours desk to call so kids can reach someone who can track and let them know if a shuttle is coming.......why can't they have that....its additional $15/hr for 6 hrs every evening (5pm to 11pm). If they have trackers, the dispatch can answer and reply - shuttle should be there in 15 mins or say that shuttle won't come at all. Geez - very bad service. No accountability - what kind of business are they running. My son will take uber to IUPUI and then take shuttle or uber with friends. I urge other parents to please post as these people will lie and hide their incompetencies! read more

Here I booked my 11/14/2024 reservation back to Feb 8, 2024, 9:49am and this contract is binding for 1 year term with my offered 1 person, 2 luggage, 15% prepaid tips of $33.35. When I arrived at IND airport 11/14/2024 at 5:22pm, the driver Joshua D. told me the only way I could get on the shuttle is to purchase a 2nd ticket for my 2nd luggage because their policy has changed this May. I explained my reservation was before the policy change and he insisted that I have to do what he believes, otherwise my 2nd language will be to stay in IND airport. I paid $30 in cash to get on the shuttle. It's not the right way to treat client when he/she has finished a business trip and is in a hurry to get back home. No one in my situation would not pay for going back home first, make sure the driver is not asking for a tip in the wrong way. read more

My daughter had a 4/6/2025 6:50pm shuttle from Indy airport to Purdue. She arrived ten mins before and did not receive any notification that the bus was NEVER going to come. The office was closed so could not contact anyone. The next shuttle was at 850pm (2 hours later!) and who knows if it was ever going to come either. She had to Uber $105 by herself and when she called for a refund for the return shuttle and Uber, she was told she would receive a shuttle refund only. Do the right thing and refund both the $105 uber and return shuttle. Otherwise, she will never ride GoExpress ever again and will tell her friends the same. read more

Go Express is the best transportation from Indianapolis to Bloomington and vise versa. It runs ever hour. If flight is late arriving, the reservation is transferable to the next shuttle with available seats. Shuttle leaves on time and the drivers or courteous and friendly. read more

My flight landed early, I tried my luck by asking if I can get on an earlier flight, the driver was so kind and put me on the bus earlier. I was a bit under the weather, he offered me a cough drop, but before he offered it, he politely asked if its needed. After I arrived at my destination, I realized that I forgot my wallet and couldn't tip him. I asked for his venmo or PayPal account so I can tip. He said, "no need, please just oass the good thought to the next person you encounter", so I paid his kindness with a bug hug with his permission :-) It was his last run of the day and it was well over 11 pm, standing in drizzling rain waiting for my Uber ride, he didn't drive away, until the Uber got me in safely. I was puzzled why he didn't leave as it was the last run for him of the day and no passenger to pick up. Then when my over started to move, he started to move as well, did I realized that he wanted to makes sure I (single female) was safe before he departed. I regret not getting his name. Excellent Bloomington Shuttle to and from the Indianapolis Airport. Takes a little over in an hour in either direction. Reasonably priced. Multiple options for getting on and off at Bloomington. I always choose to get on or off at Home2Suites. The stop closest to the airport. I don't think there is much competition. Pick your flights to work with the shuttle schedule. Because the shuttle only leaves every two hours. read more

It was a pleasure to tip the driver, as he was very deserving and appreciative. This company is always on time, with good email communication about the reservation. This is the worst service you could possible choose. Avoid at all costs. I waited in a thunderstorm at the company indicated location for over half an hour for the shuttle. It never showed. Then I had to take an Uber at a cost of over $200. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horribly run company. read more
