Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. The owner drove me to campus at 6 AM one morning, and the roads were terrible. He got me to campus with no problems, and he was really friendly. They use speaker phone while driving, and some of the people calling were just rude. These guys are cool. So I would suspect any bad reviews were people who tried to call too last minute. Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver.
