I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

Enterprise wouldn't pick me up like their advertisement claims. As much as I appreciate them being open & getting the ride, I have to say it was a bit scary. The person we had squeezed tires on every corner, texted while driving, & was showing me pics on her phone as she drove. YIKES!!!! Thankfully we arrived safely, but if it was my business I wouldn't want my drivers risking the passengers and the liability of my company in the case of an accident at the hands of an unsafe driver.

Okay, so this is a review for the second uber driver, not the first. The first Uber driver (Louis I…read morethink his name was?) he was absolutely great! Fantastic! Kept the atmosphere comfortable and asked me and my mom some general questions, joked a little. Overall this man proved to me that Uber is not a horror story waiting to happen. Thank you Louis for being so nice and an amazing person! The second guy, (Jeremy was his name maybe?) He was subpar, unprofessional, was gruff and did not speak for the majority of the ride. Complained about not knowing how to get to my destination (I needed to be at class on my college campus which is in a certain building.) He demanded to know the address of the building (I could only remember the address for campus center) so that's where he took me. He then drove my mom home, in complete silence and started complaining about everything once he arrived at her destination. Maybe he was just having a bad day? I don't know. The first trip was to a pre-scheduled doctor's appointment I had at her office in the city and, as usual, it's always 'imparative' I be 'timely'. Yes, she actually said that, and well, reason is obvious, I'm chronically late. I find it physically and mentally too challenging most days to leave the confines of my tiny world in my apartment, ah yes, jus me and the great world wide web. I no longer have what one would consider as having much of a 'concept of time'.. is all.. PTSD and too much of it . In any case I had a lovely chat with James, the gentleman that was my initial Lyft driver that day and I found the ride to be pleasant , most things are not if I'm about, but this is a review after all and he scores nicely across the board to include the cleanliness of his vehicle. He said you want to speak to my supervisor I said yes no one came on the phone then a cab driver for Z-Trip contacted me that he was on his way 45 minutes later I was finally picked up this is ridiculous me and dropped off at my home address The charge was $28 little pricey I ended up giving the driver $25, I will never request another cab from Z-Trip this is a horrible company very disrespectful especially to senior citizens I would never recommend this cab service from now on I take Uber or Lyft.
