Was in for a Medical Conference and had walk to the grocery store for the first time. After getting my groceries I started walking back to the hotel when my hip started hurting and found myself a little lost with a dead cell phone and missing my charger. After being refused at a couple of places for asking them to call for a taxi; I found a hotel door man that call me a ride to take me a mile away. Tyrone. The most gracious guy on the planet. I had a worry free 4:30 am pick up. Tyrone was 10 minutes early to crazy construction zone at Crown Plaza hotel. The day before I knew about him, I was 1/2 hour late to a meeting because 3 Lyft drivers bailed on me because they only followed the map that did not alert them of the detours.
