They said they were going to eat their breakfast and start on my car, so I went inside. They asked me to come out and started talking about all of the extra charges involved. I budgeted for extra charges, because I have a dog and it has been a while since my car has been detailed. However, we do not eat in the car, dont smoke, and because of my son being in a wheelchair, we are never in muddy or extremely dirty areas (can't get a wheelchair in those places). Instead of removing the scratches, they put a ton of color on the rusty parts of my car, which I haven't asked for. I wanted to remove the rust carefully and then put a mild color. definitely didn't want to carelessly add colors on top of the rust.
