Craig, in my opinion, is the best chef in Seguin, not counting BBQ and Asian fare. His tacos are excellent, but not really Mexican in origin. The lunches he has been bringing to our meetings can only be described as gourmet cuisine. I have also been to a couple of high-end private dinners that he catered, and I keep hoping that one day he will favor Seguin with another high-end restaurant like he had over a decade ago.
