Their vaporizers, coils, batteries are DEFINITELY knock offs. That's why it's so much cheaper than other places. And 9x out of 10 the coils they gave me were bum coils. Obviously they wouldn't do this on purpose, but they also didn't care to replace the crappy coils they gave me that would burn out the same day. One time, I went through 5 coils in ONE DAY. That's poor customer service, plain and simple. That was the straw that broke the camels back. It was becoming too expensive and frustrating to continue going there. Now I go to Viking Vapor, I spend a little more on product, but it sure as heck lasts me a LOT longer and if I have an issue it's always addressed correctly or the product is replaced without batting an eye. That's the way it should be done!!

Just today I got news that he made racist monkey/n-word comments towards his former fellow copper toned (Eumelanated man) coworker which didn't rub me in a good way because I'm a copper toned woman myself I don't play that nonsense. Went down an isle, another table. Another isle, and another table set up. This is the adult version of Toys R Us. We were helped, looking for a certain bottle for my friend. Everyone was so nice and helpful. And really educating us on the different brands, giving opinions of the flavor and even someone said most vodkas are made of corn, but this brand is wheat.
