The shop owner, "Z", is very kind and helpful! He seems to really care about his customers and providing them with excellent service. I appreciate the time he takes and effort he puts into doing right by his customers. He even ordered me multiple juice flavors when my previous juice from another vape shop was discontinued... just to find me my new juice. And he actually found my new favorite! Don't know how that happened based on my very particular taste. I'm very grateful for the time and energy that he put into helping me. This shop is a gem. I came in not knowing what I wanted when it came to vape liquids. I'm not picky. They asked a series of questions to determine what I liked, and then made some excellent recommendations for what flavors to get. I was a bit disappointed that you can't really try out the flavors before you buy them. They offer a smell of them, but no test runs like some other shops offer. There were a few comfy looking chairs that you can sit in and relax and take in your cloud of nicotine. The prices weren't bad. They had a variety of pricing options, and seemed to give good prices on larger quantities of liquid. The prices wren't the cheapest I've found locally, but the great service still made the prices worth it. Parking was easy. The store was clean and well lit. Overall, it was a fairly good experience.
