The shop owner, "Z", is very kind and helpful! He seems to really care about his customers and providing them with excellent service. He is very knowledgeable about vape products and has saved me money fixing malfunctioning devices and tanks for me... when he could have sold me a new product instead! I appreciate the time he takes and effort he puts into doing right by his customers. He even ordered me multiple juice flavors when my previous juice from another vape shop was discontinued... just to find me my new juice. And he actually found my new favorite!
