Truly fantastic selection. Edibles, gummies, all kinds of hemp flower, extracts, hashish levell blends -- and friendly, knowledgable, helpful personnel. There are other hemp stores closer to me but this store is worth the trip. They have other locations. I assume the selections are the same but the crew at the Bulverde store is the best. read more

Horrible place that sells defective products and will not refund. I've spent a good deal of money in there over the years but I will not be going back. Not for sure if there is new ownership/management. Very greedy people now, very disappointed. read more

I just wanna start by saying this is my favorite smoke shop as I'm always greeted by the loveliest people, Erika & Kayla are just WONDERFUL. I will always come here, the store is ALWAYS clean, great ambiance, they answer any questions you may have and will allow you to test out products if possible. If you come here please treat them with respect and kindness. P.S. Those people saying they're buying burnt vapes: They always let you make sure your product is good before they let you go. If you walk out without testing your vape that's on you. read more

This place don't even deserve a 5 star worst place ever I bought a vape and it was burnt and they said they couldn't return it since I put my Lips on it and they just making free money out of me so yeah read more

This is the only vape shop I go to! I've tried many others (that are closer and/or more convenient for me to stop at) and always end up coming back here. I drive past no less than 4 different vape shops to come here. They have an amazing selection of damn near everything (in the realm of vape/smoke shops) and are usually better priced. And I can't forget to mention how awesome Raven and Evan are!! read more

Christina and all the employees are always helpful and friendly. Especially a tall lady with long hair and guy with long reddish hair. Christina knew what type of vapes and smokes I was looking for when I first went there. I've bought a couple thousand dollars of smokes here over the past year. They always recommend trying vapes before I leave to ensure it's working properly and tell me upfront that, understandably they won't accept returns on vapes once opened and used. read more

Best smoke shop in the area! Staff is always the best and got the best options in town! Hell yeah!

Kayla is awesome! Best vape shop in Texas! Love this place!!! I love coming here. Been coming for years.

Great smoke shop! My wife and I have come here for a while now and every time it's the best selection and best customer service! Today Clarissa helped my wife and I choose a few devices and she had great recommendations and a great attitude from the greeting to the end of our purchase! We are definitely returning customers for the foreseeable future! read more

This place sells you burnt out vapes and won't exchange them .. do not go here .. STAY FAR AWAY!

Bought a $70 vape that was recommended by the employees as it was supposed to be similar to my last one. Took it home and tried to use it and the tank started leaking. So I wipe it clean and take it back to the store to return it. All within the same hour. The employees said she wished I wouldn't of wiped it clean so that she can see it's leaking. But because it was cleaned and they couldn't see that, I wasn't eligible for a return. I'm now stuck with a $70 vape that I'll never use. read more

Place is super cool for what it is. Coming from the west its been hard to adjust but the selection is good and most people working here are chill enough. Super weird not being able to get flower but I'll manage. read more

I have to say that I was so excited to purchase my very first hookah. I came here looking for guidance and bought everything that I was told. No questions asked. Again, I am new to hookah. They sold me a defective hookah and I had no way to know. When I came back to have it fixed. They didn't have the part and refused to exchange it due to the owner not being here. I bought an expensive item that doesn't work. This is the absolute worst experience I have had with an owner. I will make sure every chance I get to make it known. I tried to be calm and then they had the audacity to charge me for a 3 dollar item it needed. This is what horrible service and fraudulent activity looks like. Run away. read more

This place is the absolute best, come and see Christina she will make sure you get everything you need

Kayla and Christina today at the shop where wonderful and friendly. Not to mention every time I come in here everyone is always wonderful!

This place is amazing! The staff was super helpful with the questions I had about the delta pens. I love the atmosphere and the music they play in the shop as well. read more

Best place to go for all your needs, super nice staff and knowledgeable with their information. 10/10.

First time here and customer service is crap. 5 people standing around talking. Not one person said welcome or asked if I needed help. They acted as if I interrupted their day by coming in. Not helpful or friendly. I will gladly drive an extra 3miles or so for better service. read more

I went to buy a vape last night & the first one was burnt, so I took it back to the guy at the desk. He hit my vape, and then told me they don't do exchanges on vapes if they don't "burn your lungs when you hit them" so I took my L, and bought another one and the second vape was burned as well. I took it to another worker and she told me "we hit burned vapes all day" and didn't give us an exchange on that one either. After I left I was hitting my burned vape & it completely stopped working not even a hour after purchasing it. Would definitely not recommend this smoke shop. Horrible customer service. read more

if I could give no stars I would. this place sucks. terrible service, horrid products, the overall vibes were off. they are knowingly ripping customers off with no remorse. -100/5 take your money elsewhere. they try to get you to waste your money. BOOOOOO this place tomato tomato read more

I paid $22 for a disposable vape and it hit one time normally and then after that initial hit it felt very weak as if it were already almost dead. Yes I buy these all the time so I know how they are supposed to work. I hadn't even left the parking lot so I walked back in and let them examine it and they even agreed with me. I was told that per their bosses rules they aren't allowed to replace it and that I had just basically thrown my money in the trash. Obviously they don't appreciate their loyal customers that come in weekly. SMH won't be returning to them anymore read more

I've been purchasing from smokers for the past year. Be careful with their puff bars, majority of their flavors are counterfeit. Only like 4-5 flavors out of like the 10-12 flavors they have are LEGIT puff bars, the rest are fake. They replaced my invalid puff bar without hesitation which is fine but not cool how they're aware of selling fake products and are willing to sell them. read more

I've been going here for years and it used to be really great along with the staff. Now who knows what happened this place is filled with people who know nothing, don't want help you figure it out and expect you to just know it and and just absolutely rude. I couldn't remember why I stopped coming here and believe me it will be my last. This staff especially the redhead worker are ridiculously RUDE nothing but attitudes and trying to rush me there are 4 of you and no customers why you in a hurry. read more

My all time favorite chain headship in San Antonio ! Great prices, cool staff and an enjoyable experience every time !

Excellent selection of flavors and super friendly staff. Dead presidents Roosevelt is my absolute favorite. This has become my go to vape shop read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I bought two coils and one did not work. It's a $3 coil and for obvious reasons I did not keep the receipt. The OWNER told me that he would not replace it without a receipt, even though I intended on going there to purchase a new tank and battery. Don't waste your time, this owner is not concerned about customer satisfaction or growth. He's a royal pain who talks over you and has a horrible attitude problem. Can't believe I wasted my time arguing with this imbecile. read more

They overcharge way too much bought a mod there for $140 and found the same one for $75 down the street

I'm from San Fran and I worried about what items would be available at local smoke shops. So far, I have been able to find everything I've needed. Ive only been to this smoke shop in San Antonio (bc I've never needed to go elsewhere and it's close by) but I've also never wanted to. At each visit we found what we needed and had pleasant interactions with sales staff. During today's visit I was looking for something specific, and my sales person was obviously new. He apologized and informed me he would get his manager to help me. The manager was not only knowledgeable but she was extremely helpful as well. Once we made a decision she explained how the return policy works and why, and advised me to go online and register the item immediately so that I could take advantage of the one year warranty. My husband struck up conversation with her and it turns out she is the owner. Since my line of work includes supporting small business owners I was happy to hear that this shop was not part of a super chain. I don't know how their prices compare to other smoke shops, but again, I'm from a very liberal city of 900k people that has no Walmart- we are used to shopping locally owned businesses. Prices MAY sometimes be higher (not higher than SF- plus a lighter here is cheaper than at the gas station) and return policies may be stricter than target or HEB (duh). Bottom line, it's a small shop with lots of cool stuff. Check it out! read more

This place is HORRIBLE do NOT go here. They don't care about their customers. I went there during their business hours and they were closed early no sign nothing and the person in there wouldn't even talk to me they just motioned that they were closed. My husband handled it the next time and when asked they say they close early everyday and my husband said then you should change your business hours to which the guy responded " we can close whenever we want " they never apologized or anything!!! RIDICULOUS! Do yourselves a favor go to Thanks for vaping they always take care of their customers read more

Love this place!!! They definitely know what they are talking about. I have never had a bad experience with them. What I love most about them is that they will always suggest the better deal instead of trying to sell you something expensive just to make a sale!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever received, don't go to this place. I regret buying anything from here.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received at this establishment. I went in intending to purchase the cheapest wind resistant lighter that they had available. The counter attendant then proceeded to try to upsell a more expensive lighter. I even said something to the effect of "they always break so quickly, though..." And making my intentions clear that I intended the least expensive model. He was a good salesman(/swindler) and I folded and went with the more expensive lighter after he told me "trust me". This lighter was ~$8.00. It did not even outlive the lighter fluid that was in it before it quit working. I have a busy schedule with school and work, and returned exactly one week to the day to this store to see if there is anything that could be done. I was turned away without even receiving an apology. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told the same thing again. No apology. That is all it would have taken to pacify me. Just an apology and some empathy. I received neither. I work in a meet the public capacity and this is pretty much standard policy when dealing with a dissatisfied customer. Let them say their peace of mind, and let them know that while it must be frustrating, that it unfortunately is their policy and that it is not within your power to make such a decision. (I happen to know that this clerk is a member of the owning family, I'm sure he could have at least made a effort to try to resolve my issue in another fashion.) It was my intention to purchase my American Spirit cigarettes at the store while I was there trying to resolve the situation with my lighter, but after being treated much less that courteously, I left unhappy and refusing to give them my business there after. Very poor management. No desire for customer retention. I will not visit this establishment again, and I would implore that you shouldn't, either. You know, unless you're a masochist--- then, by all means, be their next dissatisfied customer. read more
