Christina knew what type of vapes and smokes I was looking for when I first went there. I've bought a couple thousand dollars of smokes here over the past year. Bought a $70 vape that was recommended by the employees as it was supposed to be similar to my last one. Took it home and tried to use it and the tank started leaking. So I wipe it clean and take it back to the store to return it. All within the same hour. The employees said she wished I wouldn't of wiped it clean so that she can see it's leaking. But because it was cleaned and they couldn't see that, I wasn't eligible for a return. I'm now stuck with a $70 vape that I'll never use. read more

I have to say that I was so excited to purchase my very first hookah. I came here looking for guidance and bought everything that I was told. No questions asked. Again, I am new to hookah. They sold me a defective hookah and I had no way to know. When I came back to have it fixed. They didn't have the part and refused to exchange it due to the owner not being here. I bought an expensive item that doesn't work. This is the absolute worst experience I have had with an owner. I will make sure every chance I get to make it known. I tried to be calm and then they had the audacity to charge me for a 3 dollar item it needed. This is what horrible service and fraudulent activity looks like. Run away. read more

I went to buy a vape last night & the first one was burnt, so I took it back to the guy at the desk. He hit my vape, and then told me they don't do exchanges on vapes if they don't "burn your lungs when you hit them" so I took my L, and bought another one and the second vape was burned as well. I took it to another worker and she told me "we hit burned vapes all day" and didn't give us an exchange on that one either. After I left I was hitting my burned vape & it completely stopped working not even a hour after purchasing it. Would definitely not recommend this smoke shop. Horrible customer service. read more

I paid $22 for a disposable vape and it hit one time normally and then after that initial hit it felt very weak as if it were already almost dead. Yes I buy these all the time so I know how they are supposed to work. I hadn't even left the parking lot so I walked back in and let them examine it and they even agreed with me. I was told that per their bosses rules they aren't allowed to replace it and that I had just basically thrown my money in the trash. I've been purchasing from smokers for the past year. Be careful with their puff bars, majority of their flavors are counterfeit. Only like 4-5 flavors out of like the 10-12 flavors they have are LEGIT puff bars, the rest are fake. They replaced my invalid puff bar without hesitation which is fine but not cool how they're aware of selling fake products and are willing to sell them. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I bought two coils and one did not work. It's a $3 coil and for obvious reasons I did not keep the receipt. The OWNER told me that he would not replace it without a receipt, even though I intended on going there to purchase a new tank and battery. Don't waste your time, this owner is not concerned about customer satisfaction or growth. He's a royal pain who talks over you and has a horrible attitude problem. I'm from San Fran and I worried about what items would be available at local smoke shops. So far, I have been able to find everything I've needed. Ive only been to this smoke shop in San Antonio (bc I've never needed to go elsewhere and it's close by) but I've also never wanted to. At each visit we found what we needed and had pleasant interactions with sales staff. During today's visit I was looking for something specific, and my sales person was obviously new. He apologized and informed me he would get his manager to help me. The manager was not only knowledgeable but she was extremely helpful as well. Once we made a decision she explained how the return policy works and why, and advised me to go online and register the item immediately so that I could take advantage of the one year warranty. My husband struck up conversation with her and it turns out she is the owner. Since my line of work includes supporting small business owners I was happy to hear that this shop was not part of a super chain. I don't know how their prices compare to other smoke shops, but again, I'm from a very liberal city of 900k people that has no Walmart- we are used to shopping locally owned businesses. Prices MAY sometimes be higher (not higher than SF- plus a lighter here is cheaper than at the gas station) and return policies may be stricter than target or HEB (duh). Bottom line, it's a small shop with lots of cool stuff. Check it out! read more

This place is HORRIBLE do NOT go here. They don't care about their customers. I went there during their business hours and they were closed early no sign nothing and the person in there wouldn't even talk to me they just motioned that they were closed. My husband handled it the next time and when asked they say they close early everyday and my husband said then you should change your business hours to which the guy responded " we can close whenever we want " they never apologized or anything!!! I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received at this establishment. I went in intending to purchase the cheapest wind resistant lighter that they had available. The counter attendant then proceeded to try to upsell a more expensive lighter. I even said something to the effect of "they always break so quickly, though..." And making my intentions clear that I intended the least expensive model. He was a good salesman(/swindler) and I folded and went with the more expensive lighter after he told me "trust me". This lighter was ~$8.00. It did not even outlive the lighter fluid that was in it before it quit working. I have a busy schedule with school and work, and returned exactly one week to the day to this store to see if there is anything that could be done. I was turned away without even receiving an apology. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told the same thing again. No apology. That is all it would have taken to pacify me. Just an apology and some empathy. I received neither. I work in a meet the public capacity and this is pretty much standard policy when dealing with a dissatisfied customer. Let them say their peace of mind, and let them know that while it must be frustrating, that it unfortunately is their policy and that it is not within your power to make such a decision. (I happen to know that this clerk is a member of the owning family, I'm sure he could have at least made a effort to try to resolve my issue in another fashion.) It was my intention to purchase my American Spirit cigarettes at the store while I was there trying to resolve the situation with my lighter, but after being treated much less that courteously, I left unhappy and refusing to give them my business there after. Very poor management. No desire for customer retention. I will not visit this establishment again, and I would implore that you shouldn't, either. You know, unless you're a masochist--- then, by all means, be their next dissatisfied customer. read more
