I love walking in to a shop clearly looking for something specific and getting to limp around on a broken toe because the sales associate is on a personal call rather than trying to help and wanders to the back of the store instead of pausing the conversation for even a brief moment to acknowledge my existence or ask if I need help. Absolutely phenomenal how inconsiderate some people can be. Truly impressive. read more

Great prices, and a good selection! Great help finding what I need. Would definitely come back

Cannot recall the names of the people working there, but both were extremely helpful and explained to me the things I wasn't sure of in a simple way, and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. The piece I chose was very inexpensive, and seems like high quality glass. read more

Smoke N More - This is a glass tip I purchased from here and I love it - Tobacco Shops Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

The same thing that happen to Cory B happened to me, ended up wasting $50 on a vaping product that I was told would work for my particular vape, only to come home, try it and realize it was practically worthless read more

Honestly the best smoke shop I've ever been to. Immediately friendly when you step inside. The employees are always willing to give you a good on items and there is never a hassle. If you're anything like me - you don't like going into a smoke shop and feeling like there's literally a gang inside. It's uncomfortable. The clientele that visits this smoke shop isn't too bad. They're actually remodeling to make it look nicer on the inside. 10/10 would recommend this place. read more

Great smoke shop friendly staff very helpful and got me what I needed and were on point

!!!Red Alert!!! Do not waste your money here. I bought an e cig assembly and the blonde shit head that looks like a Columbine impersonator was so rushed to get me out of there that he sold me coils that don't burn right with my battery. Scorched the oils. I have an e cig already so know that after priming the coils the product shouldn't have hit the way it was. It was so bad I literally puked. Gummy bear flavored vomit. Then his dumbass tried to redirect me about returning it. Saying the coils werent good enough for that battery. To which I wanted to know why he would sell me coils that didn't match the battery I bought. The manager who wasn't even in the store tried to do the same but neither of them would acknowledge that they sold me a product without knowing what the fuck they were talking about. To make matters all the worse, the original blonde acknowledged that he never disclosed he never forewarned me all sales final, he admitted he didn't give me the right receipt for my sale, and went utterly silent when I wanted to know why he would sell mix matched items. I suggest spending your money at monster vape. Way better products and customer service. This shit hole is a trap. read more

I call myself going back to this store despite my previous review because it was a few steps from where I cash my check. Like my last two experiences the Gentleman that was suppose to help me was very dismissive, rude and cold towards me, even down to me asking him questions and me wanting to look around the store seemed to irritate him, the EYE ROLLING, SHOULDER SHRUGGING, and his whole body language gave me " I don't want to be here" even taking my payment he gave me attitude, I asked him why does he give me so much attitude and he replies " YOU ASKED ME THAT lAST TImE" He was very RUDe! Not to mention he kept cutting me off and raising his voice at me screaming " I Didn't even say anything!!" I literally screamed right back and told him that it's not what he's saying it's his delivery towards me that had me heated, IVE never been so disrespected in my life, I've never had to put my purse down and yell at someone for talking to me the way he did, it was like yelling at a child who can't hear nothing but himself, as someone who works in customer service, when I guest complains to me or feels uncomfortable how I treat them, I Take in the info and apologize and find a solution! I don't raise my voice and cut them off and scream at them and basically tell them that they're lying! I asked him for a manager and he said they didn't have one , I told him I was leaving a review and he said all he was going to do was write under it and deny it. I've been goin to this location for 2 years and he's the ONLY employee who has ever disrespected me and made me feel the way he did, was it right to yell at him? Nope? But after being disrespected not one, not twice but three time?! No I couldn't let him treat me that way. He told me his name is Stewie but he probably gave me a fake name . Oh one last thing I also witnessed him being rude to another guest. The store is great with amazing Staff and great prices but y'all need to seriously get rid of him, I don't know if he hates his job or has a personal problem with me but never in my life Have I ever had to yell and scream like that In a store. Insensitive, disrespectful piece of an employee you have. Even his face alone has misery all over it . Hopefully management sees this and realizes how he treats guest when they are not around. I'm just bold enough to speak on it.! read more

That cute nerd chick with the glasses really adds to the a-e-s-t-h-e-t-i-c of the place. She's a cutie. also the selection and prices are pretty good. I'm a life long vape addict and when I really start getting the shakes and start vomiting uncontrollably, I know where to go. p.s. I only smoke vape juice. I'm not down with that weed crap. I don't wanna go to jail :[ read more

Very good little shop. Small company and the owner is in all the time. Very knowledgable of the products and prices are as fair as they get in a shop. They have a TON of premium juices at a very reasonable cost as well. They stand behind their products 100 percent. I had a bad pod for my new pod system and he replaced it with no questions asked.
