I've been here several times and usually get green or white gummy. I always check if there is a QR code on the side to determine that it's not a fake. I decided to try an escobar kilo, I told the employee that it didn't have a QR code on the box, he then assured me it wasn't a fake. I pay his personal cashapp account because the computer system was down. This had been going on for around 25 minutes, and when another customer walks in the computer magically started working again. Anyway, I proceed to pay and try the vape in the store, the vape seemed questionable as far as the output, and the flavor seemed lacking, but I figured maybe it's just a bad flavor. I walk out the store to my car and immediately feel sick, I go right back in the store without skipping a beat and tell the gentleman that the ecig is making me feel sick and doesn't taste right. Then he just tells me it's too late you walked out. So anyway, you might want to avoid this place. I thought they were a good business, but after today I see several shady practices. One of the battery ports is no longer working so I brought it in to swap it out and exchange it for a working one. They said they cant swap it out because it was working when I bought it. I feel like they lost me this time. So many small disappointments and this is my last straw. And it's sad because I send so many customers their way from a nearby hotel I work at. Guess I'll start telling people to STAY AWAY from there instead.

The shop owner, "Z", is very kind and helpful! He seems to really care about his customers and providing them with excellent service. He is very knowledgeable about vape products and has saved me money fixing malfunctioning devices and tanks for me... when he could have sold me a new product instead! I appreciate the time he takes and effort he puts into doing right by his customers. He even ordered me multiple juice flavors when my previous juice from another vape shop was discontinued... just to find me my new juice. And he actually found my new favorite! Don't know how that happened based on my very particular taste. I'm very grateful for the time and energy that he put into helping me. This shop is a gem. If you haven't visited them yet, I highly recommend it. It will be your new spot on the north side of SA.
