The juices are good WHEN I can get in. I go after work but too many times the door is locked early. Could see people inside, open sign on but the door was locked. Fire marshal policy is for doors to be unlocked during regular business hours, it's even posted on the door. Hope they get caught doing this. read more

I went in to buy an esco bar, they had me make sure it worked in the store. Once I opened the vape it was leaking at the bottom. After I asked for a new one the manager whipped it with and paper towel and refused to give me another one that wasn't leaking or my refund. 100% do NOT recommend this vape shop. read more

I used to get every disposable here, I'd look past their subpar customer service with a majority of their staff being unfriendly for the brand of disposable I was seeking. Recently, I bought one, tested it in store, told them it wasn't working correctly, and they proceed to have me try it several different ways in an effort to make sure they wouldn't have to swap it out. Then an employee comes over with a tester and pulls said vape abnormally hard, finally getting smoke to come out and claims it works fine, saying there's nothing they can do for me. I'm a "VIP" member, showing I visit frequently and spend a bit of money at the establishment, but their unwillingness to work with their customers is ridiculous and we will not be coming back. My husband bought a vaporizer tank from here just before Christmas. He had previously asked what kind of tanks would work with the battery he has and was told all Aspire Atlantic tanks, but this turned out to be untrue after we got the tank home and Googled it. They did not inform him of the returns policy, which is 48 hours (despite the fact they were closed over Christmas). This is the WORST cigar/smoke place (I couldn't bring myself to call it a shop) I have EVER encountered! They sold me a BROKEN cigar cutter and then when I cane back they REFUSED to exchange it... And when I went to buy the cigars the guy didn't even know if they carried it (which is okay... no one can know the entire inventory) but then he says "If we don't have it then we'll pretend that we do!"
