I am a novice of vapor cigarettes and batteries. Been vaping for months but I have only ever bought ego, haus and h2o brand cigarettes through amazon or at Walgreens or gas stations out of convenience. I've been very unhappy with how long they last, the frequency of charging and the constant leaking of juices for the prices I've paid for them. I didn't even know that there was a coil that could be replaced until a few weeks ago! I've spent well over $150 buying crappy batteries and tanks this way. The Batteries take forever to charge and then I'd have to recharge every few hours. I was completely frustrated. I found mega Vape yesterday on military drive, a very convenient location for me. They showed me several types of batteries and tanks..clearomizers. They were a bit pricey but that's compared to the stuff I used to buy. They explained the differences between each, how to change coils, how to prep new coils. They had a huge selection of juices which ended up much cheaper per ml then any I've bought at gas stations, $14.99 for a huge bottle and since it was happy hour I got $2.00 off juices. One of the best juices I've ever tasted!! I bought an eleaf Istick battery that I can control the strength of intake. Really cool. Also can use while charging... Awesome! I paid $49.99. Afterwards I priced it online. Many stores sell istick much cheaper but for battery only. I got kit with USB cable, ego thread connector, and the istick. Amazon sells kit but with shipping its only $5 less so I still would have bought it in store anyway. I also bought 2 replacement coils for $2.49 each which seems like average price and actually fit. I've bought replacement coils before but they sold me wrong size so I can't even use them. I also bought an aspire ET-S glass clearomizer, silver, for $14.49. That is about half that price online. So I'd probably purchase that piece somewhere else in the future. Overall I am very satisfied with my trip to, and purchase from, Mega Vape. Id rather pay a few more dollars for battery from a small business then save $5 to purchase from huge business. I like to support local small businesses when possible. Very nice people, clean facilities and staff is knowledgeable about the products. I will be going again. read more

People are nice enough, but their selection is pretty bad. Not a lot of juices other than their house blends, and their hardware section needs to be more current. Unless you're in a pinch for juice and can't find another shop, keep looking imo. read more

Great GREAT customer service. Don't talk to anyone but Angie, she claims that they are all knowledgeable but in my experience Angie help me out the most and more than anyone. She definitely knows more than anyone I've spoke to at any vape store I've been to. and I am NOT her friend leaving her a good comment but seriously this is a great place to go to good environment and helpful staff loved it here. My vape (and my backup vape) both broke when I was traveling for business to San Antonio. Mega Vape was the 3rd shop I went to to get a new pen. Amana was wonderful. She's smart, sweet, and knowledgeable. She tried to fix my other pens in hopes of saving me money on a new device. Unfortunately, both devices were dead and I had to get a new one. I would rate it less if I could.... To begin, I have been using this vape shop the last few years still not sure if any of the staff recognize me, but that is not my issue. My wife and I have bought more than a few Vapes over the years from these guys, I would rate it like any stop in get what you need and get out type of place but recently around Christmas my wife purchased me a new vape due to heavy wear on my old ones, she chose the snowwolf mini a beautiful little vape that seems to be more than this shop could handle. I loved the kit even tho the mark up on it was outrageous I think you can get the same piece for less than half their price online, still not what pissed me off to no end but yeah. Now the issue, I have not been able to get a coil from them or any mega vape in the area since Christmas. That's like buying a jag from the dealership and taking it in for repair and them telling you we can't do it because we dont carry the parts. i have been told to call in multiple times on Friday to see if it's been ordered always being told to check again later because we are either having distribution issues or it is all out stock. If the damn thing is that popular you think someone would of figured out to order more coils so they stop running out? So I have called in, I have gone in person always hearing the same bull shit. we are now going on two months and I still can't get this part wtf? Going in there recently I was told that the owner and the supervisor both do the ordering and the way the employees explained it to me was the supervisor will order the coils when they first get the new devices in and that's pretty much it then the owner would only buy coils for the devices he liked most wtf? Get your shit together mega vape you have permanently lost two customers for sure, thanks for treating the people who support you like crap it's no wonder this place keeps getting broke into I'm sure they are making enemies with more people each day with their attitudes and business mentality. read more

I stopped by today on a whim looking for something pretty specific and they did have exactly what I was looking for but this review isn't about product selection because I'd give that a 3 star, however this review is about the young woman working this evening. I purchased a vape product not but a week ago and I was either given in what I purchased a faulty charger or not told by the sales person I needed to recharge the product on a 1amp wall charger not regular phone charger. I returned to the store for assistance and they refused to give me a 5 dollar charger saying they apologize for the manufacturer's or sales clerks fault. Don't waste your time or hard earned money on a store that is only out to make a buck off you and not do the right thing for a customer. Because apparently customer satisfaction is not a priority here. read more
