The employees are so extremely helpful, I was having problems with an e-cigarette that I had purchased from one of their competitors. The coil was burning out way to quickly on me. Like two days use most and they should last 3 weeks. Seeing what I was using it was suggested that i just get a different tank that has replaceable coils instead of replacing everything. This has been working great for me. I'm glad I went here and was offered this option. I also got a bottle of e-liquid, Cafe Mocha. I was glad I was able to try it first before buying. That is a big help. I will be back and try some of the other flavors that are offered.

Come to find out, he knows the owner from The Switch in San Diego. I figured I had to get a new tank since no one really sells just the rubber O Ring that my Kanger was missing. Recommended me the tank that he uses for the juice bar and so far it's a good choice. I'm only here for a few more days but I will definitely stop by to reload on juice, coils and a new mod. Thanks again!

I used to shop here often but never again. I received an empty product before heading out of town but found that the product was empty after arriving in another city. I was told I could only exchange within 24 hours at the store in town. They were unwilling to compromise and give me a refund or even exchange for a similar product in the city I was visiting. They clearly don't care about their customers. I lost $75 on a product that was empty and could not use!
