Customer service was excellent and very informative. She never showed any sign of frustration or annoyance by our constant request to see the design on the trays. They had a very wide range of selection for tobacco smokers and the wacky tobacco smokers plus a selection for the intellectual cigar smoker. The prices were very reasonable and I would say the only thing that was extremely expensive was their cigarette prices which were steep at a whopping 10.28 after tax.
