Customer service is always the name of the game. You could have a selection worse than everywhere else and I'll still choose to shop with you if you treat me like a human being and provide great service. That said, I love this shop with every fiber of my being. I come here probably once a week, and every single time I come in, the employees are amazing. I've never asked his name but the older gentleman with the long hair helps me quite frequently (I need to remember to ask his name but it always feels strange to inquire). He even goes so far as to help you understand the point system they have so you can maximize savings (I came in once and he helped me cash out my points to get a bottle of juice for a dollar....A DOLLAR). The selection of juice itself may not be as expansive as other stores, but they do make up for it with their exceptional house blends they make in the back. I highly recommend the Aloha and Woahjito, but Grreat Flakes tastes so much like actual Frosted Flakes, I tend to get a bottle of that almost Everytime I go in. I only ever see these folks when I'm having nic fits, yet they are always kind, patient, careful, and knowledgeable. (Once warned me for free about safety precautions with hardware I'd bought somewhere else without suggesting I needed to replace it with something they sell.) Their house juice is priced reasonably, and the hemp flower/cbd selection come with enthusiastic guidance. They have been going through contortions to accommodate changing vape laws and covid-19 guidance, yet still seem to remember and care about me despite seeing me infrequently. Absolutely love this shop!!! The shop is clean, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They have about 75 flavors they make in-house for either nic salts or just regular juice and a bunch of different outside company product including CBD products. The best part is that you can sit there and try different flavors before you buy the juice and if you buy the flavor and burn out on it and there is still 75% of the juice, you can bring it back within 7 day. The gentlemen at this location were friendly, patient, welcoming, informative, and very easy to communicate with. It's slightly tucked in cozily in a tiny shopping center so much that I've not ever noticed it sitting next to a McDonald's I go to 3 times a week! Unfortunately some of the employees here are impatient and rude. You can tell they get frustrated when you ask questions and when they don't know the answer they say things like "WHAT DO YOU MEAN!" They make you feel like you're not welcomed. Even asking about their inventory they get frustrated. I have gone multiple times to this store over the past year and every time the service is worse. I don't know if they just don't like me or not but if anyone has had the same experience please express your situations.
