This store sells defective products. They won't return them. I understand that their receipt says no returns but when you sell a product that is dangerously defective and the worker at the store is condescending, a liar, accuses customers of trying to get something for nothing for wanting an exchange, twists words, treats customers like they are stupid, and denies they said what they said, then you have a major problem and liability issue. The glass broke while in my hand. The firing button sticks and keeps firing sometimes which is a danger with the battery. I am experienced with using these products and was treated like someone who didn't know what I was doing. I was told that don't you know they are dangerous, rather than them exchanging it for a non-defective item. I am disabled but I am most certainly not stupid and don't appreciate being treated as if I am. I would give them less than 0 stars if I could. They only exist to take advantage of people. I will not pay them extra to get a working product. I will not refer anyone to their business and their Broadway location in particular. Get your vaping products from a business that actually values their customers because Smokerz Paradize does not, and is no paradise at all. read more

Broadway North head shop! This place is the local place to go for all your smoking needs. They sell a wide variety of water pipes, glass pipes, hookahs, novelty items and other smoking accessories- all for tobacco, of course. They also sell vaping products- like flavored e-juice, and rigs and coils. Their selection and prices on their e-juice products were quite reasonable, especially when purchased in bulk. The staff was friendly, showing off the materials, answering all my questions about what things do, and how they work. They're laid back, and eager to help. You don't have to be a smoker to shop here. If you're trying to cover up that vaping smell, they also have a wide variety of incense in assorted flavors. They also sell things to clean up after smokers too. Additionally, they have a decent selection of posters, magazines and books. It's all paradize here. This location is right next door to The Hangar, by the dry cleaners. They have dedicated parking right out in front. You gotta be 18 to get in here. read more

The store itself is fine. A decent sized store with all your smoking needs. Clean. Quiet. However, the person at the front was rude. I like to occasionally enjoy nicotine products when I'm drinking however I do not regularly smoke tobacco at all. The person checking me out proceeded to asked me if I had a nicotine addiction. I said no. He replied "You're going to". I politely replied that this was just to enjoy when I was out with friends drinking. He then replied "Hey, it's your funeral, not mine!" This was INSANELY rude and unprofessional. I'm simply looking to try a vape and leave the store, not get a lecture on the risks of nicotine, which I am 100% aware of. I know the risk I'm posing to myself. I don't need someone making me feel bad because I want to try a flavored vape. I left the store without even looking for the other things I wanted because the employee made me feel ashamed and uncomfortable for buying a nicotine product to use on occasion. They need to train their staff to be more friendly and less judgmental. They should also stop selling crack pipes if their employees are that concerned about customer's health. read more

Yikes... it's an okay place if you have no other options but the staff is never any real help, the selection is very limited and super overpriced. You'd be better off at planet k or just driving up to Austin for a better shop. This store feeds on the inexperienced newbie to the scene in hopes they might get an overpriced pipe, piece or accessory in hopes of keeping the clearly unhappy staff on payroll. I mean I'd be upset too if I was getting paid that little to watch people realize how overpriced everything is and leave the store with a soda or some screens. Lower all prices by 15-20% and they might get some business. read more
