I've always come here since I started vaping, their tinctures are delicious. The service is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The selection is nuts! The prices are pretty standard, but not too bad. Their house tinctures are the best in town, The only problem is our friendly FDA and DEA are making you hunt for and make your own "juice.". Great shop. The only place I get my fruity loops flavored tincture. read more

Correct phone # is (210) 699-4933. Spoke to Chris (Mgr) and having issue updating on Yelp. Excellent shop with sufficient selection of CBD/THC products with great value. All staff I have interacted with are freindly and offers great service. read more

The employees know me very well here. I'm literally there every other day. This place is probably the least expensive location in San Antonio for juice, coils, and vapes, etc. They have a variety of other products as well. Everyone is friendly and professional. They have a rewards program also. I'm unsure what kind of training they are provided, but everyone seems to be knowledgeable on all the products. Everyone has their own experiences but I can't believe the negative review based on my multiple years of experience from making purchases at this location. It's my main spot. Keep up the great job! I have been a customer of this store for many years. Honestly, I have recently watched it decline with changes in management and high turnover. I recently had to buy some batteries, but the employee told me she "could not find the good ones, due to things being messy." She suggested I buy some cheaper ones and exchange them next week when I am near by. I went in today, but was treated rudely by who I believe to be the same employee and manager. The manager talked down to me and acted like I was in the wrong for doing as his employee said. I am very disgusted with the way I was treated today. Treat customers better, your business is already going extinct... you need the loyal ones that have stuck by you. Rant over! read more

Wise Vice Vapors - Bad service and attitudes! - Vape Shops Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Chris informed me of the pg/vg ratios on the phone. Another shop hung up on me when I requested the same information. They have good prices. It's far less to buy from them than similar e-juice companies that sell online. Diabeetus, Diddley-Doodely, Blubbery Muffin e-juices are highly recommended. I appreciated the menu of e-juice flavors. Nice jellyfish themed decor. They're welcoming to my service dog. read more

Great selection, prices, with knowledgeable & helpful staff at both stores. Now that I've moved I will miss being able to go to Wise Vice for my vape and CBD needs. read more

I love this place! Their customer service is amazing and they have so much patience and care when explaining the products to you! Thank you!

The staff is very knowledgeable and outstanding in customer service. I highly recommend Jack San Augustine for tolerating my ignorance when it comes to trying to understand my device. Still new to vaping, but Jack makes it easy to understand. So thank you Jack for making my experience in vaping so much easier! read more

I made a visit today to buy a whole new mod. I'm pretty inexperienced because I have never been into vapes, but I got tired of loosing my juul and buying the expensive pods, so I decided to make a switch. I walked in and was greeted by Chris. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable, he helped me with any and everything I could have ever needed and more. He made the juice right in front of me and showed me everything I needed to know. I will definitely be coming to this place all the time, it was amazing!! I attached a picture of my vape because I'm absolutely in love with it!!!! Thank you so much Chris! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

So I've been here a few times. First time I came in Steven was working and I brought my friend who was new to vaping and Steven was super friendly and answered all her questions. I had came by last week and bought a whole bunch of coils because they are reasonably priced here. I put in a new coil last night and for some reason it wasn't hitting right. For the last twelve hours I just couldn't get a good hit. I just went by the shop and Danny was working. Poor guy had to deal with me while I was slightly cranky because I was having nicotine cravings. So super shout out to Danny for being awesome and patient with me and swapping out some coils to make sure that I could get a good decent hit. Will definitely be back if the employees continue to treat the customers as well as they have so far :) read more

Dope place with a nice hardware selection. Cool vibe but the seating is minimal so I wasn't able to hang around without awkwardly standing there. Wish the juice selection had more variety but for a small shop, it wasn't terrible. The employees for attentive and easy going and that's what made me stick around a little longer. Not everyday you find a vibe like this so I definitely recommend dropping by, especially if you like mech mods! read more

I had visited this location for the first time and upon entering I immediately notice the vape bar-like set up. They have chairs for customers to smoke and enjoy their vape. The atmosphere is very chill. The lady who helped me was extremely kind. She was patient as I have just started vaping and I had no idea what I was looking for. Please note: they do allow testing of different vape juices prior to purchase. That way you aren't purchasing blindly. They charge ¢50 per flavor sample. Cheers! read more

This place was great! We were searching for something low maintenance like our gas station ecigs. We wanted more control of what we were smoking but still discreet. Danny listened to our needs, provided us with options as well as pros and cons so we could the product that suited us best! And then flavor picking. Try one or try them all (if you can)! Seriously a great experience. Super glad we made the drive! read more

I've been coming to this wonderful vaping gem for over a year and has always been an extreme pleasure to visit. The staff is so knowledgeable, genuinely interested in wanting to help me with in any issue I may have with my vape, and have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Charles, thank you for helping me with my battery. Jack, many many thanks for helping us choose a new mod and for assisting (and fixing) a loose tank. Basically at Wise Vice: all the employees are top notch, the environment is comfortable and relaxed, the products on sale are fantastic and reasonably priced, they boast a Rewards Program (that you can benefit from in the form of A $1 30mL juice), AND they also make one-of-a-kind juices in-house-to your preference. Some of their custom blends-such as Kasparov & Bedrock Reserve-are still on my top 5 favorite e-liquids of all time. This locally owned business deserves your patronage, and you will not be disappointed. read more

This March will mark 5 years since I quit smoking. I initially bought all of my product online and learned by trial and error what worked for me and what didn't. Eventually I made my way out to various stores around town to do some research, but then would just go home anyway and order the same or similar products online because I figured they would be cheaper. No one really seemed to sell me on anything at the store anyway or took the time to explain anything to me. Then, a friend referred me to Wise Vice about a year or so ago. I gotta say, I am over there at least one a month now and buy everything I need from them. Each employee is super educated on the product and they really take the time to listen to what you want, offer suggestions, and don't try to up-sale you just for the sake of it. They are very friendly and also have a great rewards program too, which helps save you some cash. I recommend to anyone who wants to quit smoking but has had bad experiences with vapes to go talk to these guys. They will help you! There are so many diverse products and maybe what you tried in the past just wasn't the right fit for you. Try something else! Plus, they are always coming out with new flavors and experimenting so there's always something new. Thanks Wise Vice! Y'all rock! read more

I've been a repeat/frequent customer for almost a year now. Wise Vice Vapors on Wurzbach is my preferred location. I always receive the best service. Shout out to Emily, Jay, John, and Anna! Wise Vice offers curbside pickup, has great hours of operation, and this is by far, in my humble opinion, the best vape store in San Antonio, TX! The best tasting, and selection on e-juice. Amazing prices, their Wize Vice vape juice flavors are amazing and such a great deal. Anytime I've had to go somewhere else in a pinch, I end up paying so much more money for e-juice that just doesn't compare. I feel that they offer excellent premium flavors. My two favorites are Narwal Milk (Strawberry base) and Nillionaire (Vanilla base). They offer reasonably priced Mods/ Vape Devices. I recently bought the Aspire Nautilus Prime X, and it's amazing! Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable about vaping, and always willing to help or assist with any questions. On top of the excellent service, great prices, and great selections, you earn points for every purchase and I'm constantly saving so much money. You can legit earn points to receive $5, $7, $10, and $19 dollars off purchases once you've racked up enough points to use. I usually get to use points toward a purchase after every 2-3 visits. I've been able to unlock $19 dollars off 3 times within this last year already, on top of other times I've unlocked other discounts. I love this local San Antonio treasure and will recommend it to any avid Vaper in town! Thank you Wise Vice for always being amazing, kind and offering amazing service and products! read more

Excellent vape store. Staff is more than friendly and knowledgeable. They let you sample any of the juice flavors before purchasing. Even if you figure out you're not crazy about the flavor when you get it home, take back the bottle mostly full, they'll swap out the flavor for something else at no charge. They have a point system for each purchase for repeat customers and can be used for free juice. They offer a military discount as well. Also a fun place to just hang out for a while, and they'll clean your tank for you on the spot. They also have a CBD option to add to your juice if you interested in vapable CBD. read more

The rewards program makes things surprisingly cheaper on already decent prices. If you're looking for cheap hardware, I'd buy it online (price matching please?); but their selection and prices on juices is extremely competitive. If the place was just competitive on their pricing, I'd give it a 4-stars, but they bring it to the next level with their customer service. I've only been here twice but both times I've come I've been made to feel welcome, comfortable and helped out without feeling stupid or awkward. I'm not the "type" of person to normally go to places like this but it's definitely a chill place and they have the right people working there. No real complaints at all: 5/5; would be back. read more

I have been coming here for a year. Great selection of juices and mods and tanks! Great customer service! Jack knows his stuff!

Price are reasonable. The man threw ws very knowledgeable and I like that you watch them mix it in front of you.

Came in here because I was out of town and ran outta juice (crisis right)lol. I was blown away at the service I received! Jack was the person who helped me...extremely knowledgeable and nice. He offered to let me sample several different flavors and I chose Trashcan Punch. It is AMAZING! He made my juice right in front of me (didn't take long at all) and signed me up so I'd get the notifications of future savings. They've got an awesome return policy, offer a military discount and ship too. If ever I'm in the area thus is my vape store of choice! read more

I never write reviews, but this place is too incredible to not give credit where it's due. Hands down, the BEST vape shop in town. Their prices are cheaper for a larger quantity of juice, and they're vapes are cheaper. Seriously, I just re-bought my kangertech nano in a different color for almost $30-40 less than what I payed at a different shop. Customer service is pretty awesome too-always remember they're regulars and what flavors they prefer, and they make it in front of you with your own custom nicotine & VG levels( does NOT cost extra for this). Don't bother going anywhere else! read more

I became a customer for life tonight. I walked in the door at 8:59, one minute before closing, with an emergency. (I got pissed, threw my vape against a wall and shattered my smok prince tank.)Derek was extremely friendly and helpful. He had exactly what I needed and the prices were not jacked up at all like other shops. I will never go anywhere else. read more

This is a nice place!I highly recommend it and the costumer service is great.Good job guys.

The e-juice at this location is some of the best I have ever had. Its made fresh in store and mixed in a few minutes. "Blemonade" is one of my favorites and I thoroughly recommend it if you have a taste for lemon, strawberries or blueberries. All the flavors shine through and don't overpower each other. Great all day vape. 50 cents and you can sit in the shop and try all the flavors they have until you find the one you like. Prices on tanks and mods are very reasonable, and if you spend a certain amount in store or double up on your juice you receive a hefty discount on your total purchase. If for some reason you feel you do not like the juice you picked, you can bring it in and exchange it for another flavor free of charge. If you are in the market to buy a new mod or some e-juice this place is great. read more

Super friendly and willing to answer a million questions. Definitely would recommend!

Unparalleled customer service!! I have yet to find a better vape shop in San Antonio. Tailored Blend Juices are made to order, taste amazing, and are very reasonably priced. Not to mention, you can sample everything before you buy. Rewards program allows you to earn 1 point for every dollar spent, earn discounts for inviting friends, and cash-in points for free juice. Owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and ensure your satisfaction each and every visit. I would highly recommend this shop to people interested in switching to vaping and those seasoned vaping veterans out there. read more
