Worst place to go. Overpriced, staff is rude. The manager of the store is a prick. Doesn't talk only points, when I walked in the cashier was slouched over the counter. I asked for some help and he pointed in the direction he thought the item was in. Then when I found the item I was waiting for about 5 mins , by then I walked out. I won't be back. Ok I don't go here all that often, usually just to get Clove ciggies but I admit they are pretty cool. They have a decent selection of just about ever novelty you can think of. The staff is way cool and can usually answer just about any question one might have. Oh and I LOVE there incense section! Rude cashiers every time I've visited so I emptied my trash from my car and dumped it in their front parking spots lol

Sold broken defective items on 2 separate occasions and refused a refund after employee argued with me, and tried to convince me my item wasn't broken. She then informed me I could get a refund from the item manufacturers website. That was a lie and I returned 2-5mins later after checking the website in my car to get some type of resolution. The employee stated they didn't do refunds, which is also a lie. Then she refused to tell me her managers name when I asked. Horrible customer service and a trash employee. I wasted 100$+ in this store and refuse to go back to this location. I suggest going to Hazel Sky,another smoke shop a few stores down the st towards wurzbach. We got some CBD gummies from this store. I ate 2 on Friday and got ready to eat the others tonight and I pulled it out of the package and there was hair on it. I tried to pull it off thinking it was my hair but it was cooked into the gummy! Gross! So I took it to planet k and they agreed that it was "GROSS" and happened by the manufacturer. He asked another guy what they could do if they could replace and was told to ask the manager so they did. The guy takes it to the manager and comes back and says "by chance do you have the receipt, we need to make sure you got it from this store and not the one on Military Dr... are f*** kidding me? No! How was I supposed to know I was going to have HAIR IN A SEALED PACKAGE???? Y'all sold me a gummy that was sealed and I bring it back showing you that it wasn't MY hair and instead of you making it right you tell me you need the receipt? Why tf would I waste my time coming to THIS store? I will not be coming to this store again. DONT BUY THE GUMMIES... obviously they don't value their customers enough to make things right let alone use a sanitary manufacturer! I shouldn't be surprised though. Bought a nano vape pen that was leaking all over the place plus half the fluids went in my mouth. The device was defective but they wouldn't do anything about it. No one there knew the heating coil is stopping a gasket from completely making that seal. We tried to authenticate the pen online to get our warranty and from the website http://www.szkanger.com and the pen failed authentification. I could not get a straight answer from 4 people who all claimed to be the manager yet not one could make a decision.. This was the poorest service and just plain poor compassion towards someone who bought a defective product..I asked for a regional manager and the response was "we don't have one at the moment" which I found strange.I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars here but no more....they were very unproffessional. One of the "managers" managed to get into an argument with a 22 yo . Very unproffessional and disgusting. Very low standards for a head shop. The main "manager" was not wearing shoes which in itself is a safety risk I'm sure is prohibited by regulation and unsanitary.I will never go back to that one on 5619 Evers Rd.
