Attached is a picture of the leak and the message I sent them. They are a fine company as far as showing up and doing the work, but anyone can do that- integrity comes out in the customer service provided. I emailed the owner twice, and the angry gatekeeper (who hung up on me) told me that she spoke to him and they will not reverse the charge. He doesn't even have the integrity to call an unhappy customer. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

At 7:00am on the dot, Martins' guy, Mike, was ringing our doorbell. In less than an hour, Mike gave us a written estimate and was ready to leave. We decided to use Martins to do the work and called the next morning to schedule the work to be done. A few day later, again at 7:00am, one of Martins' plumbers named Cody was parked in our driveway. In just over two hours Cody completed the work and was ready to go to the next job. Cody could not have been better. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion. I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They made getting work done on my new home extremely stressful.
