They have a variety of salads to choose from and each can be customized while they assemble your order in a stainless steel bowl. I've been here so many times over the years and the customer service is always excellent. They listen to requests and advise on extra costs if any. My regular go to is the Athena with beets but the Crazy Ivan and MAD Caesar and Ty Cobb salads are also delicious! Go...see...order...eat...and enjoy. Some of the fish cuts were a little odd like they were the trimmings from the end of the filet. My nigiri was solid and I appreciate the fish to rice ratio was perfect as lot of other places make their sushi with way too much rice to stretch the dish. The amaebi or sweet shrimp was fresh and heads were nicely fried and tasty though I wish they fried it a minute longer.
