They have vegan jerky and other snacks as such that I can only find at Chamberlains or on line. I came to walk around while the cat was at the vet with mom. I ended up getting some jerky and an iced tea while I waited. Usually I come for a smoothie or some kombucha. They have a lovely smoothie bar and a decent variety of kombucha. Nancy's was recently remodeled I believe last year and received a bit of an update which was nice. I think they could also do with a light relaxing music through a small tv or Bluetooth speakers set up to promote calmness and relaxing environment. I wish they had an area to purchase educational content like books on herbs, qi gong, reiki, etc. I also wish they had fresh herbs available for teas, baths, or soap and cosmetic use, but I know the humidity in Florida doesn't make it necessarily stable to prevent mold in herbs etc. I also wish they had a room where they could hold educational talks or workshops. I stopped in here yesterday to pick up some stuff for my mom. She just had surgery and was at home resting. But she needed some things refilled, so she gave me the list. As I walked in, Manny at the counter was assisting another customer. I grabbed a basket, and began filling my mom's order. Most of the things she wanted were easy to find. On a couple of them I had to call her and get clarification on the exact item she wanted. As I was looking for the last couple of items, an associate came out from the back and offered to assist me. He helped me find the last two items that I wanted. On one of them, he showed me two different options. I wasn't sure which one of the two my mom gets, but he told me that Manny would be able to look that up in the POS. So, I went to the counter and asked Manny for assistance. I gave him my mom's name, and he was able to find out what it was that she gets. He also helped me find another item that I wasn't sure about. With the order finally complete, he began ringing up my transaction. While he did so, he asked how my mom was doing, noting that she usually comes in by herself. I liked that he remembered my mom by name. Showed me that he cares about and is attentive to his customers. When the transaction was complete, Manny thanked me and wished me a good day. I did the same, and left, very satisfied with the wonderful experience I had at the store. I realize that this is a very limited experience, and I would have to go back a few more times to get a more accurate reading. But they made a very good first impression on me.
