Yikes . Had a terrible experience tonight . I did my mobile order same as always . Arrived at 10:11 it's now 10:19 and no food . Pulled up to the window and heard the manager tell the Drive thru 9 minutes for the Mac n cheese .... The drive thru ask me if I want to wait . Yes I'll wait it's what I paid for . It's what I was hungry for . Then she tries to make an excuse about the fact that they don't have Mac n cheese ready when it's still an hour before closing . Nothing offer to counter this inconvenience she just expected me to not what my complete meal ? Then when I asked for manager he just looked my direction , clearly I was upset and he continued to just go about his business as if customers aren't why you are here . such a terrible experience compared to my last one . Made me drive to the front so their drive time doesn't go up . Maybe don't close up shop an hour before? Ordered a Southwest chicken salad at clermont store #01980. When i got home it was a different salad with strawberries . I called the store number and talked to Will. He said he would put it in the book and to keep my receipt and come back within 30 days. I just returned home from a two week vacation and went back to the store. They would not redeem it as they have a 2 week window to return so no salad. Will never eat at that facility again. Poor customer service!! read more

Normally Chick-Fil-A is on the ball, they're usually very good at what they do, so it's hard when you encounter a bad day. I did just that when I stopped for dinner after visiting the Gaylord Palms. I got into line for their double drive through, and waited. It was busy so this was to be expected, but they had several ordertakers available. When my person got to my door, she took my order, A combo #1, size large. Extra Pickles, Coke no ice. The total was $8.39. I was given the wrong total, the wrong change and if my seat mate in the car hadn't have ribbed me about it, Her drawer would have been off by more than $2. The girl confused the change and actual dollar amount and got them mixed up. When she handed me change, she shorted me. I get that they're in a hurry, but when dealing with other people's money, accuracy is a needed skill. When I was handed my order, the bag was correct, it said my sandwich would be with Extra pickles. However when I got to the sandwich, the sandwich was NO pickles. So that night, not only did my order get mixed up, so did someone else's. They were expecting No pickles and got a ton. I hope they weren't too angry. They are busy, they are turning over orders very quickly, but they do need to pay a bit better attention. read more

I have to travel a distance in NY to get to the nearest Chick, so when I'm in Florida it's a must go. The line I almost long, but they move fast. And the food is ALWAYS fresh. I always get the original chicken sandwich with extra pickles, but I decided to try the strips this time and they didn't disappoint. And that Honey roasted bbq sauce is a must try. This is so hard for me to do as I LOVE eating at Chick-Fil-A! So I've been coming to this Chick-Fil-A since it first opened, 9/21/17, and this place really lacks efficiency. I have dined in, gone through drive thru for breakfast and lunch and done mobil pickup, and I must say the wait is real. My husband and I come in for dinner almost once a week (sometimes two) and I always order a salad. I always order Chick-Fil-A salads as they are very nutritious and flavorful. HOWEVER, I've noticed that the portion of the salad is different compared to other restaurants. Eating healthy is already expensive and the last thing I want is to be jipped on my chicken and portions lol. The food is still delicious but like the Chick-Fil-A cow says, "Eat More Chicken", I should be served a good portion of the chicken then lol. I also order the three chicken strips, and it'a always small... ok my rant is that the food is not consistent. Lol. It has happened where our food sometime was not served the way we ordered it but they always fixed it. Positive: I love that their is ample parking, two lane drive thru and many exits to get on US27. The employees are extremely nice! :) Negative: is the lack of efficiency and consistency. If not planned ahead, I will go to this restaurant; otherwise I would stop at another establishment. 12/30/17 - no chicken on my southwest chicken salad. Not only did I have to repeat my order multiple times for them to understand what I wanted, but whatever I came up to the window I had my rewards pulled up the teenage girl snatched my phone. She then proceeded to pretend to scan it and didn't even get my discount, but lost the reward. She was to busy gossiping to her friend and acted like I was bothering her. When I go in open my lid of my drink and I see this. I have been coming to this location since they opened simply because it is more convenient than going to the 50. Their breakfast is always fresh and the staff is great. I have sat inside a few times, clean and good atmosphere. You can also bring your dog for outside seating which is great! Now the reason I'm giving two stars is because the fries are ALWAYS salty unless I order it in the morning (breakfast hours) and sometimes the chicken too. Even my mom noticed this, going to this location is starting to feel like a hit or miss. Will I get normal salted fries or overly? Who knows I think I'll just start asking for no salt. read more

Great new CFA... never seen this store layout before and was it was interesting to see the dedicated mobile pick-up area. I was especially impressed with the "Save our sauces!" signs on the little red buckets near the trash. Clever way to control inventory. This is the first CFA I've been at where they walked around and offered mints and Purell packets from a basket and greeted me with a smile. Very hospitable. read more
