Plastic was hung to protect cabinets and dry areas. drywall had to be removed to prevent mold. All this was done in a very professional manner. All of my belongings were carefully, professionally packed up for safekeeping. The old hardwood floors were removed. New floors were installed, drywall was replaced and walls were painted. Then all of my belongings were put back where they belonged. All of the contractors worked hard and did a great job. The best part was how A1 worked with the insurance company, making a hard job easy. I can't say enough good things about A1 Pro Property Restoration. They left my home better than before the flood.

To boot we had travertine flooring throughout our hose that could not be damaged as it would be next to impossible to ever match it well. We interviewed five contractors searching for the one that would not disappoint. We had other mold remediation in other properties before and learned that the well-publicized national contractor (think green trucks) was not going to take the care we needed on our home. A-1 Pro was incredibly responsive to our challenge. They were always very professional, reliable, efficient, and very, very clean. They kept the project moving on the timeline they committed to and pleasantly accommodated change orders we requested as our job progressed. Daniel and his crew are meticulous to details and very talented in their trades which is difficult to find. Making the decision to work with A-1 Pro is one of my best contractor decisions I have made.

The morning HES and crew arrived, I had second thoughts on removing a certain area of my Satillo tiled deck and tiled patio. Haney was so understanding and explained that he'd start on the concrete and enclosure removal to give me time to see/decide when they get to the deck portion. This put me right at ease. When his crew arrived, they got right on task, like a systematic work plan. This was so reassuring for me (i've had my share of disappointments in the past from contractors.) HES crew delivered. "THANK YOU". They did such great work and sure know what they are doing. This crew worked so hard and worked practically nonstop in the HEAT. They had a positive vibe which was nice to see while doing such hard work. THE JOB / was to demolish a large patio with thick concrete patio, remove a partial patio enclosure and Saltillo tiles on a large upper deck area. They also had to saw off tiles for a sewer reroute to be accessed and coordinated this with the sewer contractor. They are truly 5 star fantastic team. Im happy i found HES.
