Whenever we asked about changes to the project mid-way, they can scope and provide estimates almost right away, unlike other landscape companies who have to send to corporate and wait super long to get an estimate. Whenever we have multiple design ideas and ask them which looks nicer, you can tell their recommendations are trustworthy. Their pricing is competitive and they use quantity materials from local suppliers. They also work very quickly. It is amazing to see their fast progress. Overall, 10/10 would recommend them to any homeowners looking for professional landscape pros!

It looked good for about one year and then reverted back to what was there before! They had just done cosmetic work, not rehab! Four years ago, my brother had Master Pavers do landscaping and pavers on his property. I have watched it "grow" and it is as good as it was the day they finished the job. July 2026 I contacted M.P. and scheduled an estimate. We agreed on what needed to be done - which was a huge project involving replacing drainage system, irrigation system, tearing out 2 gates, walkways, patio, front porch, and stairs, removing dead plants and lawn and more! Work started a little over a week later and took 8 weeks to complete. Our front and back yard is transformed! We cannot believe how beautiful it looks. Lucy's design was perfect for our space and needs. We also want to give a shout out to the men who did the work! They are incredible and worked under difficult conditions (days that were over 100') in the sun. The very last thing they did was "clean up" and that was impressive as well, because the "tear out" was very messy! When they left, everything looked perfect. It was not "cheap" - but the thoroughness, the design, the quality of the work was excellent! And it will still be excellent 15+ years from now!!!

In the end, the project took 6 weeks. For a simple patio, a small dog run and a rock weed barrier. Lucy tried to sneak fees in and without my approval, had her workers rip out 2 of my bushes. After complaining, they replanted them days later but the plants did not survive. They also damaged my drip system (they did fix it after I brought to their attention) also, the workers left trash in the yard. John was kind and understanding but I will continue to tell my neighbors to stay away from them.

When he came, we walked him through what we wanted, which was quite a bit of work. He took that back and after a week or so provided us with a quote. In addition, we had some items as optional, pending our budget at the time of the project. After we approved and sent a small deposit, we scheduled a tentative start date, which was about 4 month out (during Covid days, everything takes longer). As we approached the date, I contacted Gary and he asked to push out a couple of weeks due to other projects taking longer than anticipated. That was fine with us...as mentioned, these things don't go so smoothly anymore! Anyway, after that short extra delay, the workers all arrived and work got started. The workers on the team were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. Gary was often out there, checking up on stuff and making sure we were happy. As work progressed, we had a payment play in place and that's how we went. The worst part was the pergola we wanted was delayed, repeatedly. That's not Gary's fault. At the end, we agreed to order 3 similar ones and take the first one that arrived. It did, about 6 months after the rest of the work was done, but once it did, the team came and installed it and we couldn't be happier! Overall, we are truly enamored with our new backyard! It's our oasis and Hold Landscape Inc brought it into being. It did take patience...and like some people have mentioned, communication can sometimes not be that great, but based on my experience and other people's (who hired other landscapers), that's kind of the way it is. Regardless, Gary always got back to me.

Clearly there was a little problem with Gary's judgment on what was needed. AND he wanted payment in full before job was done! Not a happy customer here!
