They are family-run business (Serhii, his brother and family members do all the work), Serhii is a great communicator and he responded to my detailed questions in writing very clearly while some other contractors don't care to spend that time/effort. Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!
