Huge shoutout to Jesus the Assistant Manager and Efrain at Sherwin Williams in Merced…read more I came in with a lot of questions about a previous paint issue and Jesus walked me through everything with patience and real expertise. He didn't rush me he made sure I fully understood what happened and how to fix it the right way. That level of service is rare. On top of that Efrain mixed an old gallon of paint I brought in which was completely above and beyond. Efrain was also very helpful and professional throughout the whole visit. Because of this experience this will be my go to spot for paint from now on. Highly recommend.

It is almost impossible to get an identical match from a company that has painted previously. I brought in a sample. Ricky matched it identical, one of the best matches that I've had in my 38 years as a painter and a local contractor (Palma Painting). Ricky has gone over and beyond matching a color so well cuts down the time that we take to touch up walls that were previously painted with a different company. Normally, when someone matches a color for you, you have to paint the entire wall corner to corner just to make it look right with Ricky's knowledge and expertise. He matched it so well that I was able to get in and out of my project, save time, and help my profit margin. Thank you very much, Ricky. You're the best.

A couple men from Fresno showed up late today on the scheduled afternoon. The driver greeted me at the door with"where does it go"-it was all down hill from there. Even when we told him where the elec. plug was ( under the kitchen sink) he insisted it had to be under the bar sink. 20 minutes later he finally realized we actually know where the plug is! He came up with multiple excuses and when we solved each one, including our retired (electrician) neighbor coming over, the delivery man said they had spent too much time! He was here about 30 minutes and very clueless. NOW,We will shop ONLY with independent businesses. Big box stores have no service and even worse employees with no manners or pride in their "work". Likely everyone at the celebration will know why our new dishwasher is sitting in the middle of our kitchen and uninstalled-all of us washing the dishes by hand. Great ad for Home Depot!

He is honest, friendly and very knowledgable about painting, including preparation, product and application. He listened to us and made helpful suggestions during the discussions about painting the exterior of our house. His estimate was one of three but his was the only one that included sufficient detail and explanation that convinced us that he understood not just what we wanted but what he was getting into with this job. He personally took charge of the contract signing and payments. We feel we received great value for the price. Prime Painting's experienced crew took direction from Mr. Arias and, under his leadership and guidance, they worked side by side with him performing prep work including power washing stucco and patching damaged siding, before launching into the spray painting followed by the detailed hand painting. Communication was very open and timely. Despite, several interruptions by rain followed by some drying out time, the job was completed close to the schedule. The crew even worked on a weekend and at least one nearly 12-hour day to play catch up!! Mr. Arias also went above and beyond and took care of some special requests as part of the overall job. We were so impressed with the work that we commissioned a new job from Prime Painting to coat our patio deck!! We are also planning to use Prime Painting to freshen up the inside of our house because of their attention to detail that is so important with interior trim.
