We were in need of a refresh to our garage doors, wood jam, and a side door. We placed a request on line and within minutes we received a call back from Prime Painting. The process was explained to us in detail as well as options related to paints available. Prime Painting was ready to start that same week. I met with the owner and his sons who were incredibly professional and helpful. The quality of work performed and paint used were excellent. The locations worked on by Prime Painting look brand new. Armando and his crew just finished our house today and their work is fantastic. Armando was great at explaining what was going, the plan for the day and details of what they were doing. He listened to any concerns we had and made suggestions or changes as needed. We had weather issues that caused delays but they still got it done in time. Their price was reasonable and the work was great. Give Armando a call, you'll be glad you did. read more

Prime Painting - Our house after Prime Painting finished - Painters Near Me

Prime Painting made us feel comfortable signing the contract prior to the job starting by showing us all their credentials and insurance information. Everyday when I came home from work, the would walk me through what was completed that day along with wha the next days goals were. They even told us arrival times so I could ensure my dogs weren't outside! House color recommendations were all appreciated! The price seemed to be a value when original quote was received!! Overall the house turned out amazing and we are extremely happy with the end results. Next time I need a house painted, I am calling Prime Paint!! read more

Armando and his crew did a very good job. We had several estimates, and we chose Prime Painting because of the emphasis on the prep work done prior to applying the paint. His estimate was competitive with the others and detailed more of the work to be accomplished. Armando, completed all the prep steps that he had promised and showed us the work before and after. Overall we were very pleased with Prime Painting. We would recommend that you get the written estimate/proposal before the work starts. read more

Hey....I see your reply but you could have told me that you don't work on the weekend, over the phone you said you could come on Sunday at 1pm. You could have told me you will come out on Monday which would have been fine but you didn't. Just for the future, as a profession you should really keep your words and appointments as you say to your customers. You will lose trust with them if you don't. read more

After requesting several quotes for stucco repair and the exterior of our home painted, we agreed to meet with Armando. He inspected our home's exterior and made recommendations for the stucco repair and painting. Armando did his due diligence and explained Prime Painting is fully licensed and insured. The cost of the work required was a fair price and was completed in the time frame he set. We chose the knock down stucco application and it has indeed improved the curb appeal of our home! I highly recommend Prime Painting for your stucco and painting needs. read more

We had our mid 70's home/ Ranchouse exterior painted by Prime Paint out of Reedly CA. We checked out the older house he was painting in Three Rivers where we live. Older wood siding and lots of detail work being done. I could see where the team was finishing up the last prep repairs were being done. Superior repairs and super clean wood work. The team were working well together. The whole house spectacular. Armando came to our place and asked the right questions and responded well to our concerns. Couple days later he called & gave us a quote. Couple days later we accepted. Armando and the Prime Painter Team did the same with our place. Gave us options along the way and was VERY FAIR with the issues that come up while doing this huge project. The Team was on time, very low, no loud music, cleaned up everyday, kept us informed daily by Armando who was present everyday all day. The project was done on schedule and exactly what we expected to pay. One last thing that's VERY important- Prime Painting State License is up to date and carries proper insurance. 100% PERFECT !!! read more

Prime Painting - Living room w/accent wall. Beautiful finish. - Painters Near Me

We had the full exterior and interior of our commercial building painted by Armando and his team. We were under a tight deadline and he worked with us every step of the way. The price was more than fair considering the amount of prep and labor everything took. They went over and above for us, even came back to paint a roll up door that we had to replace for mechanical reasons the day after it was installed so we could keep the aesthetic of our building looking nice for our opening. Armando was responsive, communicated with us every step of the way, and wouldn't leave a job until we looked around and gave him the "ok." He was also very knowledgeable when it came to the different types of paint that can be used on our metal building, and interior walls. We are extremely happy with the results and can't wait to work with him again! Thank you Armando, God Bless you! read more

I reached out to Prime Painting recently on yelp. Response time was quick and Armando was able to stop by and provide us we a free quote. We hired Prime Painting to have the exterior of my moms home and fence repainted. From the start of the project to finish, Armando communicated very well. Prime Painting painted the outside of our house, and it turned out amazing! Our home is about 20 years old and had the original manufacture paint mixed in with the stucco. The facia boards were loosing their original paint as well. I am a bit particular about paint brand and color, so we requested they use Sherwin Williams. They normally use another paint brand, but they were quick to be flexible with our request. The first day they power washed the house. They let the house sit for a day to let it dry thoroughly. Next, they took their time to prep the house by removing fixtures, taping off windows, filling in cracks with calking (some cracks were so deep they also needed a bit of stucco). They even moved the mulch and dirt away from the house. Prepping took several days. Next, they started painting. They did 2 coats. When they were almost done painting, Adrian, the co-owner, had us go around the house and mark any unfinished spots with tape. He allowed us to be picky over the finished product, and insisted that we don't hand him the final check until we were happy. Within an hour, he and his other crew member had addressed all of the spots we pointed out. I'm pretty particular about quality and how my house looks, and was very very happy with the end result. They even brought in extra weekend help to get the job done a couple days before a storm comes in. Well done Prime Painting team!! read more

Nice guy on the phone and appeared to be confident in what he could do and not do but was very disappointed with him after we agreed on the scope of the project and I accepted his bid, he backed out and wanted more a lot more money a few days later. I wasted two weeks trying to get the job going with him. read more

Armando and his sons are very professional. He's been in this trade for a long time, and it shows. He's a bit of a perfectionist, which is a great thing when he's painting your house! He found some touch up spots that I never noticed and pointed out how to find them - certainly wanted me to be totally happy when he left. I enjoyed having his crew in the house, they were always respectful, and my dog enjoyed all the attention too! He was also the most competitive price we found from our several estimates! read more

We hired Prime Painting to paint the exterior trim of our home prior to a new roof and solar being installed. Not only did they provide a fair price, they did great work, cleaned up well, and they were readily available to answer questions along the way. They were able to fit us in during a very tight window that we needed to have the work done. This is a family owned business consisting of a father and his sons. They are very honest and hardworking people. We obtained a few quotes prior to selecting them, but we really liked them all around. I would definitely recommend them. read more

We just had the exterior house with wood siding and stucco painted by Armondo and his crew. They are extremely helpful as well as professional and, our house is absolutely gorgeous!! They prepped everything as well and what a detailed job they all did!! If anyone is looking for professional painters and outstanding service plus quality of paint I highly reccomend Armondo and his crew to get the job done. They walk you through the entire process plus they will guide you the paint store to help you with colors before painting. We can't say enough on the outstanding results of our exterior paint job that was done!! read more

Prime Painting did a phenomenal job painting our house! I cannot say enough what a difference quality workmanship makes in who you hire to do your paint projects. Unfortunately, we've learned the hard way. What a difference it is working with professionals who have years of experience and expertise! It's everything from them knowing the right type of paint to use on which surfaces to using top quality brands of paint to cleaning and preparing the surfaces properly so the paint adheres. Not to mention covering all surrounding areas well in order to avoid messes. Communication is outstanding! At every step of the way they check in to be sure we're happy with it and know where they're progress is at. They are so very respectful and honest! Everything they've said they will do. They complete they're work within the time frame they commit to (barring rain/weather but they even came out to check on the place to be sure). Every day they clean up after themselves, even when coming back the next day. Truly one of the best companies we've ever worked with. Thank you Prime Painting!!! read more

Prime Painting - Before and after picture of house. Painted by Prime Painting. - Painters Near Me

I have lived in my home for almost 50 years. I have had my house painted numerous times. Prime Painting's prep work far exceeded any previous painter. The weather did not cooperate with an exterior paint job but Armando repainted and repainted until it was right. When he was not satisfied he corrected the work at his own expense. I would highly recommend Prime Painting and will use them again. read more

Very disappointed with Armondo's work and the way he handled himself! We bought a brand new home and wanted the interior painting. I paid him $6800 and it looks like a 3 year old painted my walls. They came back once to do touch ups and missed over half of them. The finish work around the fixtures is awful and they got paint all over my floors and didn't clean it up. I wish I could get my money back! Wouldn't recommend half a star! I have text messages proving he said he would fix it and then he just ignored my calls. At first glance my house looked nice but then we started walking around hanging things and decorating and noticed over 50 spots missed. We put paint tape everywhere he missed and asked him to do redo the finish work but he never followed through. Very unprofessional read more
