This is our second time using Novielli Painting, the first was for our interior and this time was exterior. Frank and his team gave us the same great experience from start to finish as we had before. Frank communicates very well throughout the whole process and his paint team is very easy and pleasant to deal with. My wife and I always get multiple quotes any time we have a major purchase and both times Novielli came in at a very competitive price. You won't be disappointed if you go with Novielli! read more

I called Frank Novielli for an estimate. He was very thorough and gave us a great price. Besides the painting, they patched stucco and fixed other issues that we had. And Frank was a delight to work with. He always called to let us know when he or his crew would be arriving. The results were just amazing! Our neighbors have complimented the way our house looks now. Thank you Frank! We'll be calling you to do our interior painting soon. read more

Frank and his crew did the best job on the interior of our home . Always on time and respectful of our house . Would highly recommend them to anyone ! read more

We had them do a pretty big project years ago. The price was good, but in the end we were not happy with the outcome, especially since they took about four times as long to get things done as promised. Years later, we are still coming across things they missed or did a shoddy job on...missed patches of paint on a wall, missing screws, a missing toilet paper holder, fading paint. Perhaps a smaller job is their cup of tea. It just seemed like they were never really able to show up reliably. read more

I interviewed Frank Novielli, he was professional, kind, and gave a fair bid. The guys were a couple days late to start the job due to illness but he communicated this. When the guys arrived, they were kind, professional and when I pointed out a closet they missed they immediately painted it. Its clear they aim to please their customers. Id definitely hire them again. Do yourself a favor and just meet Frank, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Thank you very much. read more

Billy and his crew did a wonderful job. I'm really picky and yet their attention to detail was amazing. Worth every penny to not have my husband have to do this job. read more

Frank and his team are ELITE! Truly frank is such a kind and honest soul, he takes pride in his work and ensures he does a top tier job. We live quite far from Fresno but he still made it happen and got our house painted efficiently and quickly for our move in! Couldn't be more grateful for them. Fair prices, kind people, great painting job. Will definitely recommend to all friends/family in the area. read more

Don't think twice. Go with Frank and his company, Novielli Painting. They're a family business that truly treats their clients like family. We worked with several other family-owned businesses and contractors when we bought our home, and this team was by far the best. While others did poor work, provided bad customer service, and missed their own deadlines, Novelli Painting stepped up. Frank and his son and coowner, Samuel, even came out the day before Thanksgiving to finish our home. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again. read more

This is a little late. We had them paint our house a year ago. This is a father and son company with a great team working with them. They were very reasonably priced, the painting was high quality with attention to detail, and they stayed in frequent communication throughout the process. We were very pleased with them and have referred them to several people since. read more

I want to thank you for everything you and your team did to make my home so beautiful. I'm sorry I missed the last call, I've been putting things back together. I acquired quite a list of painters to interview, and reviews to read. I got down to two of what I thought were my best options, talked to one of those two about availability and he was booked a couple of months ahead. He indicated my other choice was a very good option. This other choice was Novielli Painting. If I had by chance called Novielli's first, I'm sure with his character, he would have put in a good word for my other final option. As it turned out, "the stars must have been aligned properly". Frank and his team of painters were everything I could have hoped for in all the qualities a customer could want. They were always on time, extremely dedicated, dogged in their efforts to keep pushing through hot weather, and at the same time, high quality individuals to interact with. If there is such a thing as better performance, I don't know what it would be. These people (the painters) are people to be admired for their professionalism. They were relentless in their drive to produce the best results. You better make the same choice I did if you want the same great results I got! read more

Great job, very friendly and good deal. Loved the work they did, and did it quickly. Would use again.

just did a 9-day painting job in and out with a great crew of painters. it was a great time period to make a memory with friends it was of course a job but enjoyable with nice people/freinds. thank you guys for your friendship. thank you frank for being a friend to trust. read more

Frank and his crew, Vladimir and Luis were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had met with several other top Fresno painters and none of them ticked all the boxes like Novielli did: Frank offered the most competitive bid and he was friendly, accommodating, honest, and transparent. When we said we wanted Benjamin Moore, Frank said no problem. Other painters said it was overkill. Frank also arranged the purchase of the paint directly from the supplier without markup and got us a great deal. Vladimir and his crew were always on time and worked diligently. They were respectful, patient, and genuinely cared about their work. They worked like machines in the heat. At the very end, Frank and his crew did a final walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied with every inch of the job which we really appreciate. If you need anything painted, don't look any further than Novielli. You can't go wrong with these guys. read more

Great job from everyone at Novielli Painting! They had a well explained estimate and were great at adding on the areas we forgot to mention. Novielli's great team of Tino, Julio, and Alejandro who pressure washed, prepped, and painted the entire home exterior, garage door, and shed. Also excellence and precise on our French doors. Job completed in the time they quoted us and cleaned all areas afterwards. Very professional and took pride in every detail. We had high expectations, and your team really nailed it. We highly recommend! ¡Lo recomendamos encarecidamente! read more

Hired these guys to do some painting in my house. Not much but some areas needed to be done. All the baseboards, a couple of interior doors and the front door, inside and out. Also, a wall had a bad looking patch they repaired. and 2 walls painted. The 2 men that were sent did a fabulous job. Polite, clean and paid attention to details. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for painters. I found them on the internet, so I did not have any prior experience with them, just a hit or miss, and it was big hit!! read more

These guys have done several projects for me , always very professional, on budget and reliable. I highly recommend them !

Impressive work with quality... I met with three different paint companies and I knew Frank Novielli, the owner, would deliver the best work. This team went above and beyond my expectations. They followed our color choices perfectly - painting the right color to the right location, as specified. Our now 3-toned house looks so beautiful and fresh. We get compliments from neighbors and passers-by. Billie and his team did an amazing job beautifying our house and accentuating its features using their skills. Frank was reliable - a man of honor, indeed! He promised to complete the job before a certain date. He squeezed in my project in their busy schedule and sent 4 painters to ensure completion before guests arrived. I have already recommended this company to 2 people and I know Frank and his team will do an extra mile to meet their expectations. read more

Novielli took on a project to refinish an aging and worn out gazebo on our property in Dunlap, CA (50 minutes from Fresno, east on highway 180). They were kind to travel that far. They did a superb job power washing, sanding, staining, and restoring it to near new. The project manager, Robert DeLara, was a pleasure to work with -- professional, strong artistic sense, excellent communicator. Shown are photos prior to Novielli working on the gazebo and after they had completed the restoration. A+ work. We are very grateful. read more

We are so grateful to have found them! They did an amazing job on painting the interior of our home for our renovations. The team was professional, kind, and thorough, checking in with us the entire time to make sure we were satisfied with their work in each room. They were already reasonable on price and they even gave us a military discount for my service on top of that. Cannot recommend them enough! I will definitely return as a customer for any other painting needs. Thanks! read more

Found Novielli Painting on Facebook where an ex co-worker of mine gave them two thumbs up. Knowing how particular my co-worker was, I decided to give them a try myself. They did not disappoint!!! After requesting a quote, I was called within minutes to schedule Frank to come out the very next day. Frank gave a very fair and detailed quote, then Jose and his team came out and did a great job! My husband and I found this company on Instagram and we decided to give them a call for a free quote to paint the interior of our home. The crew finished our project in three days and did a beautiful job. We were so impressed with Vladimir, Ivan and the rest of the crew. They were polite, friendly, efficient and respectful of our home. We also met the owners, Frank and Sam Novielli and they were just as nice. They made sure we were satisfied with the work. They left our house in perfect order. Needless to say, if we ever have another painting job, we will definitely contact Novielli Painting. The cost was very fair, too. We will highly recommend them to friends and family. read more

Novielli Painting was an answer to prayer. Frank and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, fairly priced, and efficient. Our Homeowners Association needed to get e quotes for painting all of our wrought iron, including the iron fencing around the pool area and 3 entrance/exit gates. Two of the paint companies were rated A+ and Novielli was one of the two. Both companies told us the prior company used a flat, regular paint not suited for metal! Novielli was low bidder and they were able to fit in the work over the past week. I can't say enough for the amazing work they did, using an expensive paint suited direct to metal. And the work was extensive, as they used grinders to rid scaling paint and rust, next using a primer, then 2 coats of the special paint. Can't heap enough praise on Jesse, the foreman for the job. Novielli insisted on a walk-through at end of work...this was done by a resident with extensive paint knowledge. He said it was a beautiful job, with not a drop anywhere except on the fence! Don't look anywhere else for a paint contractor. read more

Novielli Painting gets FIVE stars from the Brocks. We've had three separate projects with this company and each went the same way: impeccable workmanship and outstanding customer service. As a subcontractor, Frank and his crew painted out guest bath, cabinets and crown molding and the work was perfect. Next, he painted the cabinets in our laundry room and formal dinning room (once again beautiful work). Our most recent project was the largest. Novielli Painting painted our kitchen and sanded and painted the old oak cabinets and an oak light soffit. When the job was completed, the entire kitchen looked brand new (Tino and Omar did a great job!). Upon completion of the kitchen, we decided to add on a few more things. Frank and Roger showed up the next day to finish the project without delay. Novielli Painting is all about customer service. Frank's prices are fair and the work is top-notch. We highly recommend Novielli Painting for your home-improvement paint jobs. Our next project is to paint the exterior of the house...Novielli Painting is going to get the bid (we won't call anybody else)!!! Michael "Bo" and Linda read more

Frank and his team are the absolute best, hands down! Contacted him with a relatively small job (interior home painting), and we were amazed at how quickly Frank worked us into their busy schedule. He was very open about sharing the process and methods that his team would use, and we felt taken care of during the entire process. Communication was great! We never felt like we were set aside, every time I called Frank with a questions he answered! The job estimate was clearly broken down and itemized, and it was exactly what we paid in the end... no surprises. The paint job itself was spectacular, these guys are pros! The workmanship far exceeded our best expectations. There was some paint matching involved, Frank promised a 95% match, what we got was pretty much a 100% match! Definitely will go straight to Novielli again if we need more paint work, and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough! read more

This is a father and son duo and let me just start by saying they are AMAZING! My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home and thought we could easily re-paint the interior. Two days in and we realized there was no way we could have it done in time for move in. My boyfriend called Frank and Sam on a Friday evening (5/17) and by Saturday morning (5/18), they were at our house for an estimate. We showed them the progress we had made and everything left for them to do and also told them we needed it done in three days (we knew we were going out on a limb). They stepped outside for a few minutes to discuss and a couple of minutes later they came in with an official estimate. The price was fair and they said they could have it done by Wednesday (5/22) so we booked them on the spot! Today, is Wednesday, May 22, and sure enough, they are done and it looks fabulous! They completed everything we agreed upon and even touched up minor imperfections in walls, baseboards, etc. that made everything pop! Frank and Sam are meticulous, hard-working, reliable and great communicators. Their work is not only great, so are they! They were so kind and genuinely cared about our house and happiness - they felt like old friends of ours. Thank you Frank and Sam - I look forward to working with you in the future! read more
