Our home was approaching 10 year old mark and we were noticing cracks needed to be filled, stucco needed to be patched, and paint needed to be touched up. Quote was provided shortly after am evaluation was done. We didn't want to change the color, so they were able to go off our home specs and get the paint colors needed.
