Tracie went above and beyond to ask me questions and direct me in pre-op, post op and even opening up her shop on a Sunday to ensure that I looked my best for my destination wedding, which was 6 days away. She was extra careful and mindful and even went as far to make sure she personally applied barrier to each one of my finger nails and toe nails and then took the time to blend in solution with a makeup brush. You can really tell she's passionate about her services and truly cares for the person. I was in awe of her follow up as well. She texted me to make sure everything was holding up and gave tips and instructions on how to make it last. I bought some foam spray for touch ups and it worked great. I'm truly impressed with Tracie and how much she cares about her business and customers. I will definitely be back! My husband kept telling me how I amazing I looked after the tanning was done. Looks like I'm gunna have to do spray tanning alot more often because he LOVED it. Thanks Tracie, you are truly an artist! The tan held up for a little over a week! It was awesome!

I have had two tans with Tracie, one prior to a beach trip to Mexico and another for a Florida trip. She has a wealth of knowledge on products and tanning, and does a thorough job of explaining all parts of the process. The tan looks completely natural, does not have a funky tanning product smell. With all of her recommendations on how to care for the tan, mine lasted for almost two weeks! I loved the tans so much, I bought a package of 5! On top of all I have already said, Tracie is super friendly and fun! I highly recommend Tracie's service!

I just got my wedding photos back and although my bridesmaids hair looks acceptable, my entire wedding album is practically ruined by my hair. It honestly looks dirty, looks ratty, and looks NOTHING like the pictures I gave her to mimic for my wedding or bridal shoots. I am shocked at how bad my hair looks. I am including pictures so everyone can understand. The iconic pictures of first kiss, first dance, the ceremony... all are tarnished by my bad hair and I am so very disappointed I used Sonar Salon...this mistake will be lasting memory in ALL my pictures. From the front my hair looked ok, even though my part was a bit of a wreck...I mistakenly thought on the day of my wedding that I looked beautiful and my hair was perfect and ALL my pictures would be all that I hoped for..... BUT I WAS WRONG. EVERY picture of the side of my hair or back of my hair is nightmare.... I mean it looks horrific, and I don't mean at the end of the wedding, side shots of me at the ceremony are just really really bad.

She did an amazing job on my hair which is naturally curly, she blew it out and flat ironed it. She talked about color with me and made sure I knew there was no pressure for her to color my hair, that she just wanted to help me understand my hair needs if I'm going to color myself. What a breath of fresh air! Her salon is super cute and easy to find. Her prices are beyond reasonable and best above all else is she makes you feel like you're a friend, not a customer. I used Angela from Lucie Marie as both my makeup and hair stylist for my wedding this past week,…read moreand I could not be happier with the way I looked! My airbrushed makeup looked flawless and held the entire night, and my hair was exactly what I had wanted (although it didn't stay up the entire time, due to the amount of dancing we did). Angela was very professional and had a great attitude and sense of humor throughout both the trial and the actual wedding day. She was honest yet patient with me and my hard to please mother, and tried various different styles to make us happy. Angela and her assistant also did my bridesmaids' hair and makeup, and overall they were very satisfied with things. However, a few girls did not like the way something was done and had to fix it on their own at the venue. Angela's salon is inside Michelle's Patisserie, which was a little confusing and unclear at first, but the setup is nice and professional. She came on location to do all of our hair and makeup on the day of the wedding, and was there early to set up everything. She and her assistant stayed on track and managed to give 11 hairstyles, 9 makeup applications, and 4 sets of false eyelashes within the 6 hour time limit- wow! A few things to note: - Email is the best way to get in contact with her- my mom and I called and left a few messages but didn't hear back until I emailed. - Make sure to tell your bridesmaids to have pictures of what they would like for their hair as well as makeup to avoid any unhappy bridesmaids. -As a bride, don't be afraid to tell her what you want fixed- any corrections are helpful and she does not take offense.

They'll do whatever you want, or you can give them an abstract idea and they'll make it come to life for you. What they did with my waist-length hair was nothing short of amazing. My hard to please mother received compliments all night - they made her look and feel beautiful, too - a lovely updo and very natural looking, pretty makeup. They'll come out to Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, San Antonio...Houston, DFW... To come out to the Horseshoe Bay/Marble Falls/Round Mountain area, it only cost an additional $40 total. They'll pretty much travel anywhere, actually, if you pay for the travel costs/time involved. We were so happy with the results that we want to contact them with the hairstyling products and appliances they use. My mom wants to know what makeup they use and wishes she was facing a mirror when they did her makeup so she can recreate it. Maybe I'll splurge on a gift to send them out to Houston sometime -- and give her a makeover and "class". Although I cried at the wedding ceremony, my makeup stayed perfect. The mascara and eyeliner were super waterproof, but yet at the end of the night, it was almost too easy to take off with a little eye makeup remover and a cotton ball. And my lip stain + gloss stayed on for several hours. I didn't even know it was possible without using that 8-hour liquid stuff with top coat... They also provide emergency after hours services for those home jobs that have gone awry - if you leave a message, they'll get back to you ASAP. Anyway, HIGHLY recommended!
