I had to reschedule about a week out and it was a super easy process to text and change the time. I appreciated the reminders in the mean time up until my appointment. I have been to Phenix Salon Suites for other services so I knew exactly where to go and park. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appt and checked in on the app, there is a small bench in the hall right next to the entrance of the suite. My esthetician, Ella arrived shortly and was ready for me a few minutes before my appointment. The suite itself is a lot smaller than I thought, there is only room for one client at a time. Ella was very friendly and took the time to assess my needs. It has been YEARS since I've waxed (I said would never again in life and here we are) and I wasn't pleased with it enough to keep it up. Ella definitely worked to make me a believer in getting waxed regularly. She took her time and coached me through and gave updates to let me know her progress. She finished me up with sugaring and I did enjoy (for a lack of a better word) that more than the wax. I would definitely come back to this location in another 9 years when I can stomach this again.

Perla was my esthetician, and she was absolutely incredible--knowledgeable, gentle, and so thorough in explaining every step of the process. The treatment itself was comfortable (with numbing of course) , and the results are definitely noticeable. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even, and it has that healthy glow I've been trying to achieve for a while. The epidermal leveling add-on made a huge difference in how well my skin absorbed products afterward. This service is truly worth it, especially in Perla's hands. You can tell she genuinely cares about results and your overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this to anyone looking to invest in their skin.

Fortunately, this has become my new shop. Upon arrival, I am greeted and asked to take a seat. Even if there is a line, you will never wait any longer that 5-10 minutes. Everyone is in the shop is professional and always asks how you would like your brow before beginning. All threading services are quick, painless, and I'm out of the shop within 15 minutes of arriving. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed.

The experience is extremely unique and the service was 10/10. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. I loved the decor and the natural lighting throughout the space. I also really like its on the second floor it gives it a private entrance vibe. I like that it does not feel like a "shop" if that makes sense. I was immediately greeted upon getting upstairs and was able to get in a room and ready. The bed and covers are so comfortable, my esthetician was knowledgeable, gave me great at home tips, and provided an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning.
