The lady at the front desk was so sweet and she and the lady who did my lashes explained everything to me, and helped me pick the style/length that I want. The actual process was really chill. They have relaxing music playing and I fell asleep after she did the first eye! My lashes look fantastic. I'll update this review after a couple of weeks to say how well they lasted. But, so far so good! The only slight downside was parking. The lot is small and there are a couple of other businesses that Q-lash shares the lot with, so just be sure to give yourself enough time to find a spot. Other than that, I have no complaints! UPDATE: I went back after about 2 and a half weeks to get a refill. My lashes were noticeably less full after the 2 and a half weeks, but I think that's normal. After the refill, they were back to looking glamorous, full, and beautiful! And they gave me a new little lash brush for maintenance. The reviews for this place are as good as they are for a reason!

If it looks like a service won't begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, I believe customers should be notified so they can decide whether to wait, see another technician, or reschedule. During my most recent visit, I arrived 15 minutes early and checked to confirm if my technician would be available at my scheduled time. The receptionist mentioned they should be finishing up with a walk-in client shortly. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen until nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time, resulting in about a 45-minute wait overall. Had I known there would be such a delay, I could've easily stepped out to run an errand and returned without issue. A little more transparency with timing would go a long way. That said, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place. My advice for anyone on a tight schedule is to be proactive and assertive when confirming your appointment time. The salon is nicely decorated with gentle relaxing music, comfortable treatment lounges, and pleasant and professional staff. Everyone asks me where I get my lashes done. I arrived at 6:00 PM and requested a chrome French tip with a flame design and overlay tips. The technician agreed, but after multiple failed attempts (including spending 20 minutes trying to do one flame), I had to settle for a much simpler design because it was clear she could not deliver what was promised. The pedicure portion didn't even begin until after 8:00 PM and then felt completely rushed since the salon was already closed. For the price I paid, rushed and subpar work is unacceptable. To make matters worse, my big toe was done incorrectly, and instead of fixing it during my appointment, I was told to come back another day. No client paying this amount should have to return to fix a mistake that should have been corrected on the spot. I contacted the salon to resolve the issue, and instead of taking accountability, the manager (Helen) argued with me on the phone for over 10 minutes and refused to offer any type of refund or reasonable resolution. This experience showed a lack of skill, poor time management, and unprofessional customer service from both staff and management.
