First of all, her costs are so affordable and reasonable compared to other lash places that I've heard about or seen. Her quality is fantastic, and she's such a sweet person. She makes me feel so comfortable every time I go to her. I started off with the classic lashes, and then after that, I decided to go with the hybrid. Ever since then, I've just stuck with going with the hybrid, and I've been so satisfied. They make my eyes pop a bit more, but also still look slightly natural. My lashes usually last for about 2-3 weeks before I come back for a refill. I feel so at peace when I come for my appointments because she plays this soft music in the background and just chats with you while working on your lashes. When we got there, we found ourselves in a plaza surrounded by many other Asian establishments (we later learned we were in Chinatown!). She had another worker come in later to do my sisters' facial (her name was Lily) and again we appreciated their kindness and care as they gave my sister a different facial more suited for her skin type. There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog.
