The site includes all the relevant policies, helping me to be prepared for the appointment and the process. The text and email reminders were super helpful in making sure I kept track of the appointment. Since I hadn't had my lashes done in a while, the tech asked lots of questions and showed me examples to help us be on the same page about the look I was going for. I was going for a natural look, and that's exactly what I got. All ladies at the salon were very helpful and professional. It's been almost two weeks since I've had the lash extensions, and they still look great. The extensions have defined my eyes. I feel more comfortable going out the house as is, without a stitch of makeup. I'll be making my next appointment soon.

She said she's caught in with some lawsuit and I now can see why. I've called so much to book and since it's the last day of the month she now blocked me because today was the last day I could get the service I wanted paid for! Nice, thanks mark, I'm sure you're gonna excuse it by saying your website is fixed now but that doesn't excuse the way you handled it while it was down, I paid for too many months to not use any of the fills I paid for, thanks. Happy new year to you I hope you do better and fix this somehow or at least treat anyone too busy in life to read the reviews first and come to you in a professional positive manner and you learn something from this but I don't think you will.

The tech told me that I will lose five lashes a day ( should have left immediately after hearing that) , she didn't seal them afterwards and told me she would not ( my fault again). So I did not go back did not call back. Figured it was my dumb choice to allow the tech to do this to me. When she finished I didn't have a graduate look, the lashes started mostly in the center of my eyes and I asked for those to be filled, instead she took some out she said to balance. Shame on me but not a fool to go back. So I really paid $200 she wanted $225, so I got a slight discount for my lashes to look cute for that one day.

Fast forward and it seems that the acne is under control (or at least controllable) but I was left with hyper pigmentation (dark spots) on my cheeks and forehead. I was introduced to Kelly (owner of Haven Spa Boutique) and she immediately sat down with me and gave me a full skin mapping (under the bright light...I mean the works). She customized a facial program for me and I have noticed a tremendous difference. My skin is softer, less breakouts, and most importantly...the dark spots are fading! I know she will get my skin back to were it used to be and better. Since then I have also gotten my eyelashes tinted and they turned out great...it looks like I have on light mascara most days. I truly recommend this place...you won't be disappointed (plus she takes continued education which is a major score for me...it make me trust her more with my skin knowing she's taking additional classes for different types of skin)!

Danny did an excellent job on my fill, however I have never in my life paid $165 for a fill in and a basic pedicure. When I looked at the itemization I saw that not only did they up charge $10 for French tips but also $20 for gel. And then $45 extra for the design I got. None of this was communicated prior to me paying. I didn't think to ask because I've never experienced this at a salon before. Now charging extra for gel and French tips is already crazy; but $45 extra for this design is wild! I've had way more elaborate nails that I didn't pay this much for. I will come back to Cachet, but I know going forward I won't be getting French tips or designs. Beware of the many up charges!

I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated. I came in with a smile excited to explore how I can tailor my brows the my face shape and learn how to maintain that by myself at home. She barely spoke to me, did not crack a smile, and did not even explain what she was doing to my eyebrows. I asked her if she was tinting them and she seemed annoyed at me even asking the question. A very cold human being. If you're new to doing brows, want an uplifting experience, or want what's in the description above, DO NOT go to this woman. I'm not sure how you can "create a long lasting relationship" or provide a "detailed consultation to understand your brow goals" when you don't even explain the process of what you're doing to MY FACE. "My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and on the path to your dream brows" is a false statement as she did quite the opposite and ruined my day. I asked her for a lighter color to fill mine in, but the "premium" pencil she handed to me is actually a shade darker than the shade I had on when I walked in the door. When I told her I was not happy with the result, her responses was "well that's just what you're working with with your eyebrows" and was genuinely so rude. She told me that I already know how to fill mine in so it was MY fault that I'm not happy with the service. She will most likely respond to this message with some customer service voice, but she is not what she makes herself out to be on her website. I should've asked for a refund but was genuinely too upset to even deal with it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do better Hilary you're selling a false narrative for $100...
