Unfortunately, ownership here changed and has impacted the quality and pricing of the washes. Pricing has increased a bit, but quality has dropped a lot. While it didn't take as long as usual during my latest visit, the quality of the wash just wasn't what it used to be. There were streaks on the glass, no interior glass cleaning had been done, and obvious dirt spots were left throughout the interior and all over the exterior. For a nearly $50 car wash. I expect better. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Prestige. They still do the job, but not in a 4- or 5-star capacity. Too bad! I'll have to find a new spot to get the car washed.

I pointed these out several times, but the employee repeatedly tried to move on before the issues were fully addressed. Unfortunately, because the Bronco was parked under a shade tree, even more missed details became obvious once I got home -- additional water spotting along the body and door panels, plus bug splatter still left on the windshield. For a $65.28 wash after the added credit card processing fee, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail. What used to feel like a thorough, quality service now felt rushed and careless. Between the higher prices and noticeable drop in quality, this will likely be my last visit, and I can no longer confidently recommend them to friends or colleagues.
