I'm so bummed. I have been going to Glossy Nails in Bedford forever and recently their work has gone downhill. This is the last manicure I got. It was supposed to be a french manicure (not bubble gum pink b/c they have done this to me before) with square-ish top and rounded edges. In all fairness, I should've paid closer attention and not talking to a friend. I have now gone back twice to have them fix it and once they refused altogether, the other they said they were too busy to squeeze me in (to fix their mistake). My mistake for continuing to give them another shot. The longer I have been a customer; the worse their work is.

Probably the worst nails I've ever had. I went in for a regular gel removal and for dazzle dry. They did not soak my nails off but hand filed ALL of the gel off making my nails so thin and I even asked for a soak off. Even then they left so much left over gel on my nails that it was so lumpy and left the new dazzle dry gooey and clumpy and didn't do a thing. Do not go here. When I complained they blamed me and my care of my nails.

It's so uneven and jagged and a totally different length than the one next to it.

What a stunningly terrible experience! I called on Sunday to reserve a spot with a person who was recommended by a friend. No one told me on the phone but they don't allow reservations with specific people on Sundays so when I showed up, they handed me off to some other woman named Lisa. She couldn't have been less interested or enthusiastic about doing my pedicure. It wasn't an expensive pedicure, but she did a very unimpressive, rushed job. She cut way down the sides of multiple toenails so I'm probably going to get either an infection or ingrown toenails. I was on edge the entire time, not at all a relaxing experience. She has NO business doing dip nails. Mine are just horrible - uneven, jagged, ridges, not all the same length. She mangled my cuticles and almost cut me multiple times. I kept having to pull back, which somehow irritated HER when I was the one being tortured! I needed to leave as it was close to closing and I had kids to pick up so when I noticed just how bad the job was when I got in the car, I couldn't go back to get them fixed. I should've known the minute I walked in the door and the front end guy was arguing with a woman and her daughter about damaged nails being the daughter's fault. it's a 5 min fix, just fix it for the sake of customer service. It's also a very loud place, a bit rundown. The pedicure chairs are uncomfortable with flimsy little metal tables that can barely hold the weight of a cell phone. The people working there were constantly chatting amongst themselves and took zero steps trying to hide when they were talking directly about another customer (ex, the woman and daughter from earlier). They would both look at and hand gesture in their direction. The TVs were all tuned to a sports channel with interviews of football players, not even a game, which all felt like such an odd choice. I've only been there once so perhaps my experience isn't the norm but wow, the #1 worst mani/pedi I have ever had. It's hard to capture just how bad these are in pictures but I tried.

BEDFORD LOCATION: Meh..... my 13 year old daughter and here with my mother. She got pressured into doing dip instead of acrylic. Her nails are shapeless and not what I expected, also she got gems which fell off before we made it home. I took her back to have a new one put on, and insist they put gel over the top. Side note, I was surprised at how many techs they have, looked like an assembly line. I know my mom goes here and is typically happy with the work, however I would not go back.

So difficult to put a star value on this experience. First, let's start with the positives. If you're in a rush and need your mani done in 10 minutes (I got the gel) then this is probably your place. No small talk, just pick out your color, sit down, and they get right to work. My manicurist also was very skilled at prepping the nails and cleaning up the edges prior to polishing. The polishing part was a slightly different story... Unfortunately the list of negatives is far longer. I brought my grade-schooler and just wanted a fun experience for her. Sadly they didn't make it a pleasant experience at all. We tried being friendly. Making small-talk....nothing. I asked my manicurist, Tam, how long she had been doing her job and she made a joke in Vietnamese for her fellow coworkers there about that...but never let me in on the joke. ,,,And downright ignored me when I asked her in all seriousness. I eventually just brushed it off saying it was probably more than ten years. I had asked her how long she had done this job because she had done a great job with cleaning up my cuticles and done it so quickly yet so gently. On final inspection of my nails, she did a great job at keeping the color consistent and even on the nails and they looked good in the salon. Not until later did I notice that she did not smooth out my nail beds as well as she could have because the large ridge in each of my thumbnails was still very prominently seen under the polish. Even at home I can flatten this out with a rough file but she did not do this. The worst part of all this: She didn't even massage my hands. This was the part I looked forward to the most! She literally took lotion and rubbing my hand and forearm ONCE...and only on ONE hand. Then proceeded to have the front person ring me up for the charges. Oh and they tacked on an extra $7 because I got the 'tiger's eye' effect on my nails which looks very cool I will admit but sneaking in little charges and not even listing your prices for what appears to be a regularly-priced manicure color is not okay. I paid $47....for a gel mani. Very expensive for a 10 minute express mani that was very impersonal and unnecessarily cold. That did a great job with the mechanics of a manicure in general but missed one important detail of flattening the mail beds so they're not bumpy and prominent. But could not be bothered to give the customer a few minutes of hand massage for the nearly $50 they charge for the in and out experience. I gave 3 stars but I personally will never go back. I feel kind of ripped off and a bit like I wasn't treated with respect so I will never go back. And Tam, if someone asks you a question, answer them. Don't make jokes to your friends in another language and then they all laugh...and then just ignore me and keep doing your job. Extremely rude. I still tipped you generously for your time but you need to be a little kinder and a whole lot friendlier. Not everything is about money. Better to be a good caring person than about collecting your $$$$.

I went to the location in Manchester off of south willow street. Charged 65 for a new set and 3 days after one nail was cracked and got it repaired. This is the second review I've written. The first time my review was taken down because the salon convinced Yelp that my review was not valid. Yelp wrote, "Moderators removed the review you posted to Glossy Nails in Bedford, NH because it didn't look like your content depicted an experience at this location." So, this time I am posting photos of my receipts for the last few times I was at this salon so Yelp moderators will hopefully realize this is a valid review. My content absolutely depicts an experience at this salon. It is the culmination of several experiences at this salon, each one less stellar than the one before. I will leave out the part about how they turned away a young woman with special needs because it wasn't about me - so therefore was grounds to remove my review, it appears. This time, I will be more clear that this review is the result of at least FOUR chances that I gave this salon after having good experiences at the Bedford Glossy Nails salon. The first experience in Manchester was good as the salon had recently opened. Each time after that, I noticed this salon's cleanliness declined to the point where I was concerned I might get an infection. The technicians do a good job, but the salon is not clean. The technicians never have instruments in a sterilizing bag. All their equipment is in a dusty basket that they use on customer after customer. The same files, drill bits, clippers, etc. are used on customer after customer and never cleaned in between. The last time I was there, one of the technicians used a wire brush to remove built up residue (nail polish, human nail residue, etc.) from a file. She then, without sterilizing the file, put it back into her basket and used it on the next customer. Dip is reused for every person, so if someone has a fungus, every other nail client who uses that dip is at risk. The technicians do a great job with polish. The equipment, however, is not sterilized or clean. Avoid the Manchester location of Glossy Nails. *To the Yelp Moderators: Glossy Nails Salon Bedford and Glossy Nails Salon Manchester are the same store in two different locations. Some techs go between the two stores. There is no Yelp page for the Manchester location. So, the only place to write a review is on the Yelp page for the main store - Bedford. Most of the negative reviews for the Bedford Glossy Nails Salon specify the review is for the Manchester store.

I went in for a dip and pedi today and they were busy. Did not mind waiting at all since I didn't make an appointment. However the job on my nails is beyond awful. The dip doesn't even cover the whole nail. I asked for square and I don't even know how to describe this shape. I've been going here for years now and I'm beyond disappointed.

Glossy Nails is okay at best. I've been in here 3 times now and was satisfied once, but even that time I was with a friend who was cut by the technician. I was in last Sunday for a Gel Manicure and pedicure. My Gel mani had a bubble in it right when it was done (see picture- I took this literally in the parking lot) and one of the nails is already showing edges lifting away (also attached a picture). My toenails look great, but I was cut 2 separate times (bled both times and they put some kind of green liquid on it). My friend who was with me had a great manicurist who was very much a perfectionist and did a great job. He started hers 15 mins before me and we ended at roughly the same time- so that tells you of the quality. Instead, go to Beautiful Nails in Manchester. Their Gel Mani's last so long that they grow out! They never ever lift, either (but I ask for the same person every time). Glossy is just a huge operation, so your chances of getting someone who isn't very good are higher. I have seen both great and awful work at Glossy Nails.

This was my manicure in February 2020. It was the best I'd ever had, so I was really disappointed.

Been here before and it was just ok but thought I'd give it another chance because it's so convenient. Big mistake. Felt very much like a "mill" mentality. Nail tech was in a hurry and did not do a very good job. Nail polish was on the back of my fingers and she had zero personality. Not to mention, one of the nails broke within 2 hours of leaving! I am in search of the perfect nail salon: quality and friendliness & exceptional service to all customers (not just special service for regulars and appointments). I've been to many salons Salem, Derry and Manchester and now Bedford. Usually I find that if I don't have an appointment or if I'm not a regular I'm hurried through my treatment. I came in as a walk in at a busy time but was immediately seated for my pedicure. The regular polish selection is good (I didn't see the gels) and the techs were friendly and chatty with other customers. The regular pedicure soak and scrub was adequate but not exceptional. My nail tech never smiled and I wanted to ask her if she would rather be doing something else. This was the fastest pedicure I've ever received (just over 30 mins) and the polish job was fine. My feet doing require much work, so that could be why it was so fast. I didn't feel overly welcome, but I was reading while my tech was working on my feet so perhaps she was just giving me space to do my thing. Overall my experience was fine, but I don't see myself going out of my way to come back here again. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect salon! read more

Julie did a wonderful job on my nails. I was stuck between colors and she helped make up mind, she also listened to the fact that I wanted to keep my nails as long as possible as I'm trying to grow them out and I wanted square shape. I have visited Glossy Nails twice now within the last 2 weeks. Once for a pedicure and once for a manicure. When I went for a pedicure I had no idea about the place. The gentleman that gave me my pedicure is named Mike. I highly recommend him. Since he did such a great job with my pedicure, I asked for him for my manicure. He recommended the dip for my nails and Wow, he did an excellent job. I recommend calling ahead even though they do take walk ins. The nail salon is very clean and the people are extremely professional. read more

Second time at Glossy Nails in Manchester, NH. First time, the pedi I received was just ok, so I thought I would give them a second chance. Technician was unfriendly. Her work was very sub par. Didn't do cuticles, and spent maybe 2 minutes exfoliating. Done in about 20 minutes. Paid $35. Very unhappy with them. read more

Happy girl!! Just came from the Glossy Nails Manchester location. Always a great experience including the nail techs are always so pleasant!! Absolutely so clean and adhering to the guidelines with plexi glass at each station including Pedi chairs, cleaning stations as soon as customer are done. I will say this is one of the best nail salons in the city (and I've been to a lot)... can't say nice enough things! read more

I've been here a few times during my lunch break as I work nearby. I've been happy with my dip each time. They are always so busy but I've never had to wait and everyone has always been friendly. I've had a different tech each time and they've all done great work. Highly recommend. read more

Four of us went for my birthday and my daughter who is five had her first pedicure. It was a great experience for my daughter and my sister-in-law and niece had good technicians as well. I unfortunately did not have a good technician and felt like my pedicure was rushed and she didn't even cover my nails completely with the polish. I was the last person started in the first person to finish. So not a good birthday experience for me. I guess it depends on who you get!! read more

This place was great! Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I have very thin nails, and went in wanting to get a gel manicure. After talking with them I decided to do the powder dip instead since it's better for my nails, and it can help them grow stronger, faster, and longer. It's been a few days, and k do not regret my decision! I will be coming back here to continue to get my nails done! read more

Went for the first time. My friend has ALS and is hard to understand because of her speech. woo! I love my nails! This is the second time ever getting dip nails. The first time at glossy nails. My friend recommended me to go to Natalie. She did such a great job! the way she shaped the nails made them look 100x better than the other place I went to. I loved the conversation as well. The only thing I don't like is removing the prior dip nails but she said next time she will let my nails sit in the wrap a little longer. Great service from the receptionist as well. I made an appointment and did not have to wait at all. read more

Rudest place I've ever been - pushy for tips and had to ask for someone with out a crappy attitude to do my pedi. This chick was rude talking smack and really hurting me. I had to tell her to stop and asked the man to get someone else to finish. I think maybe she was of her meds or off her rockers, I haven't been back since, just get a real angry vibe from some of the women that work there. My nails were really nice though and my other friends speak highly of the place. Personally I don't go back because of that bad experience. I'm afraid I'll get the same attitude from some one else. I go to relax not be hated on and hustled for a tip. read more

This place used to be fantastic but as they have become busier and busier, their quality of services has declined. If I'm paying for a pedicure, I expect it to be longer than 10 minutes. Also when you enter they say "no wait" but then you sit there and wonder if they forgot about you or if they just lied straight to your face about the wait. Given the number of nail salons around here, you would think they would uphold a certain standard so they can keep their clients. read more

If you want quick fast and not perfect work then go here. This nail salon is more for clients that are in a rush and always on the go. I did like all the nail color choices. If they took more time in their technical skills I would recemend more people to come here. I will go back if I need a quick fix. read more

Glad their open again! Hands down the BEST place to go for a green tea deluxe pedicure which is priced greatly based on the job they do. I had a really hard time picking my gel color and the receptionist (I think her name was Lizzy) knew exactly my style and helped me pick it . Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommend! read more

They did an awesome job on my nails. 4 days later and still no sign of chipping. I got gel and it was pretty quick from start to finish. Tons of colors to choose from. The only thing I didn't like was how hard it was to understand my nail tech. She was super sweet but we literally could not communicate. I didn't know what table she wanted me at, if she wanted me to wash my hands with soap or just water and she didn't understand what shape I wanted, we went back and forth a bunch of times before understanding each other. It didn't really matter because she did a great job but it might deter some people. Will go back! read more

Manchester is my go to since they opened that location. Absolutely love it. I'm never ever disappointed in my nails. They are all always friendly and do a good job. Clean and bright esthetic in the salon as well. &For reference I have almond shaped dip nails. read more

This is not my usual salon but I went here to meet my sister. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff here are extremely pleasant and personable and the facility is very clean and cute. My manicure was extremely messy, and it is less than one day later, and the gel is peeling already. The pedicure came out much cleaner (was done by a different nail tech), but the exfoliating, scrubbing and massage was not as thorough as my usual salon. I went here out of location convenience, but I won't be a repeat customer. There are much better quality salons in the area for the cost. read more

The worst nail salon I have ever been too!! They charged extra for me having long nails and then charged $10 for gel (which is normal) but then told me the gel I picked was organic so they had to charge me $3 more for that! All my nails cracked within the first day! I called and told them I couldn't come in until my next day off. They said it was fine and they would fix them. Well I get there today and they're now telling me that because my nails are long they can't guarantee it so they want to charge me three dollars for each now that they have to fix. Mind you I had no issues with cracked nails before they touched them! He told me if I didn't like it go somewhere else. I said that's fine give me my money back. He refused and I walked out. I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy! Thank you for making me pay outrageous money for such a shitty job!!! read more

Very clean, reasonably priced. The manager showed us the pedicure chairs and the liners they use for sanitation. I was there for just a powder dip manicure with a friend but I will def go back for pedi too. The manager also came by to ask us how our experience was which I loved. My nail tech was very thorough and patient with my requests. Very happy and will def go back. Glad they opened up! I work in the beauty business so I will be referring everyone to Glossy. read more

Wow. What great technicians. Very knowledgeable and honest with their clients. I went in to this specific place to try a new product on the market for an alternative to shellac. Was very thorough not only with application, but with what he was doing. Answered all questions I had about the product with straight forward answers. Will definitely be back! I have been going to Glossy Nails for about six months now and I have always had a good experience with them. I have had pedicures and manicures and find their pricing to be reasonable for the services offered. They have "Dip" nails which last longer for me than the gel nails do. They are close to my parents house so when I am home for a visit I make sure to stop in and get my nails done. The staff is very friendly and I have always had clean and sanitary tools used on me. read more

Expensive, poor quality, and felt very rushed! While picking out the color, I told the man to give me two minutes and he looked at his watch and rolled his eyes. While getting my nails done he was very friendly, but worked very quickly! He did not take care of my cuticles OR take into consideration how long I wanted my nails to be. At he end, I had paint under my nails and all over the sides ON MY SKIN! I couldn't even take a picture to show them off afterwards because they looked like they had been done by a toddler. Overall terrible experience - and the worst part - it costed 40$ when were told it would be 35. Never going back again. read more

Honestly this place is so disrespectful. They charge different prices Everytime I go and proceed to tell me, it's due to my nail shape. I get the same thing done EVERY time. Decided to try this salon after reading reviews because it seems like the owner cares and if something is wrong will try to fix it. That being said I have zero complaints and only compliments. With no appointment they got me in for a pedicure and a set of dipping powder nails. Tim did my pedicure and he did a great job even gave me some tips for strengthening my nails. It was nice to have him engage in conversation, it felt welcoming. Next Lana handled my full set. I was so happy they have glow in the dark and color change powders. The color selection is awesome I've never seen so many. I went for a shorter length than I normally do and a different shape. I picked the coffin shape and I love my nails she really took time to shape them correctly. She also engaged in conversation which was nice because I'm used to just sitting there while the techs talk to each other. Wish I found this salon a month ago when I got here. Just had a manicure and the male technician was messy - I asked him to redo several nails which he did. This is a pretty busy place, but my low rating is for the poor customer service I witnessed from another customer who the owner was arguing with. Rule #1 in owning a customer-facing business: the customer is always right even when they're wrong. As an owner you simply don't talk back, get pissy at your customer and argue every point with her considering she was trying to find resolution in trying to get a lighter color for her nails. I found the owner to be out of line and very unreasonable. read more

I went to Glossy Nails twice. Both times I got a different technician and both seemed like this was the last thing they wanted to be doing. They each said maybe a combined 10 words to me, and huffed and puffed the whole time. I'll be honest, I don't get my nails done too often and this experience definitely scared me away for a while. I got the powder dip both times and while it lasted a while, both times the finished product was very bumpy and uneven. I'll stay home and just paint my own nails next time! read more

The best EVER! In the past, whenever I've gotten my nails done they peel and look terrible within a week (my nails never seem to adhere with the gel) which always seems like the biggest waste of money... but not after going to glossy!!! I got a dip & they look AWESOME and it's been over a week (WIN!) I would recommend them to anybody, they're so so nice & helpful - I'll definitely be back! read more

This review is in regards to the Manchester location. I went Monday August 5th to get my nails done (dip fill) paid $38 due to a cut down. Three days later on the 8th I had a bunch of cracks on all but 2 of my nails so I called and spoke the manager who told me to come in and they would fix them free or charge I get there and Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the picture that had my color I picked, so when I told the lady she said that I would have to pay to have them fixed. To me that sounded downright ridiculous. So she gave me a 20% discount so I ended up paying $32. So now within a 3 day frame I've paid $70 to get my nails done/fixed. Now, its 4 days later and my nails are again cracked and broken. I'm furious. I go in to get them fixed and they tell me that they keep breaking because my nails are long yet in all the years I've gotten my nails done I've never had this issue. I was soo annoyed that I simply asked for them to just take my nails and call it a day. Figuring okay I've had to come back multiple times to have my nails fixed this is utterly crazy. I go to leave and the woman tells me I have to pay $10 for removal fee. Seriously? So in 8 days I paid $80 to do drive back and forth to get my nails fixed. Complete bull. read more

Today I was at Glossy Nails in Bedford, I was talking to the customer next to me who was very surprised in the treatment of her nail tech. She was having her toes done, was about half way done when a man, I think was the manager, came over and started talking loudly in their language. I heard the nail tech politely say to customer that the manger didn't like how she was painting the customers toes. Customer seemed surprised, said "no...you are doing a good job, I am happy with it" She then asked the nail tech to go get the manager. The manager came over, and said, Tech is doing a bad job, and showed the customer between the toe nail and skin on toe, customer didn't agree, manager didn't care what customer said, customer kept looking at me, I was like wow, ok. Customer said, "been here 30 minutes already, I am happy with how she is doing", manager just said something to tech and walked away. Then a new tech came over and redid her toes, the customer did not look happy, she even said to me, she liked how the other tech did it better, but was afraid to say anything to the manager, because he already treated the first tech really bad. Its becoming well know how awful this manger treats the nail techs, love the girls here, but cant believe anyone puts up with that treatment. read more

I've been going to Glossy Nails for about a year. I get gel on my fingernails and will usually get pedicures in the warmer months. My gel polish usually lasts at least a month with minimal chipping (once I transferred to an office and wasn't as hard on my nails there's almost no chipping) and I can sometimes stretch that to up to 6 weeks if I need to (nail regrowth is obviously very obvious at this point). My schedule can be unpredictable so I go as a walk-in but I am always seen fairly quickly. If they are busy, I usually get sat within 5 min and my nails wrapped to begin dissolving the polish and then I wait for a nail tech to be available. They have multiple TVs up so you can have a good viewpoint from anywhere in the salon and they offer water, soda or wine as drinks. There are many clients who go to this salon but the manager recognized me as one of my appointments as having been in a few times before so that was nice. I had him do my nails at one appointment and his work was very good-his staffs work is just at his level as well so no matter who works on my nails, I feel like I will get a good mani. Only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cant give zero stars.... I have been here a few times, it seems every time I go.. it gets worse. I had decided on Wednesday to give it one more try, because some of my friends go here, but we all experience the same thing.. I don't enjoy having someone make comments about me in Vietnamese to their co workers. Every time I ask a question or give instructions, employee (had Kitty this time) says something to nail employee next to them, they both look at me, and laugh..its rude!. After washing my hands to put on top coat, I asked her a simple question, again seemed irritated, made another comment to a co worker in Vietnamese and again laughed... never experienced this at any other salon before....employee laughing at me like I am a joke or angry when I ask a question...... So some advice to any customers... Don't ask about your nail shape... Don't ask about color options too much... Expect to have comments made about you.. and expect rude treatment... There are better priced salons in Manchester... with better customer service... read more

I highly recommend anyone to Glossy Nails very kind and friendly absolutely in love with their actual concern of if you like how it looks and ask you, they are gentle and do an outstanding job with not one mess up! I was very impressed with the great personable service especially from nail technicians couple Peter and Hailey they truly made my time great! Not to mention they have the dipping powder that only one other place has in Manchester and I have been going there for over a year, I will now go here from now on!! More caring, take their time, not rushing you out for the next girl and indulge in great convos that are not unprofessional. This is the first salon in the area I've found that takes the time to give you quality nails. I never feel like they're rushing and it's the only salon where my shellac nails last 2+ weeks without fail. I always have been one to never be consistent with getting my nails done because after a week they looked awful, with this salon for the past two months, I've been going every two weeks. I've never had to consistently go and have them remove my polish from the previous two weeks, usually other places I go they're completely chipped or have lifted so much I've been able to just peel the polish off. Super impressed with this place and the atmosphere. Staff is friendly. Always a good tv show or movie on the tv's, they always ask if you want anything to drink. This place is fantastic! It's VERY clean, well run and I always get great service. In most nail salons, I've felt pressure to choose a nail tech or the drama in the salon was transparent. Nothing I want to be aware of or deal with when I'm paying for a service. I won't go anywhere else and recommend them whenever I can. At Glossy Nails, the nail techs are always professional, attentive and make an effort to have a conversation with you, rather than talking to each other in their native language. My nails and toes always look great. If you want SNS, regular polish or Shellac, all of the colors are coordinated so you can choose whichever one you want for your nails or toes (if you care about matching). I met Tim the last time I was in and he was a riot! The owners are so down to earth and they actually talk to you. They also offer you beverages at every visit and have ways of entertaining your children if they are along for the ride. I tried the new powder for the first time this week.and love it. I have been to Glossy Nails twice, both times with my teenage daughter whom they treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We both had our nails done with the Nexgen and it is PHENOMENAL!!! Fantastic experience! I took my 4 young daughters to Glossy Nails and they loved it. When we walked in, Peter greeted us and explained the different types of polish, even one for my younger girls that changes colors based on temperature! The salon was very clean and I was impressed with how engaging the male techs were with my children. Peter even put a child friendly movie on for my girls while they were getting their nails done. I LOVE this salon! I have been getting my nails done for many years at many places and this is the best by far! Yes, they are on the pricey side, but once your nails are finished. you can see why; perfection. The amount of dip and shellac choices is amazing, every tech wants to make sure you are happy with the service and the young receptionist will help me pick the perfect color! Always a great experience! I have recommended many of my friends. My advice; make an appt, this great place is always busy! read more

First time trying glossy nails out, was very IMPRESSED with how clean and sanitation this salon is! Had the Best Pedicure ever! All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming! They spoke english the whole entire time! By far the best nail salon I've been to. They replace the Liner after each client so it's a BRAND NEW pedi tub every time! The Prize are very reasonable if anyone is looking for a trustworthy salon then look no further THIS IS IT!!! read more

Very clean and inviting! The tools they used were in a sanitary sleeve that they unwrap in front of you, the prices were reasonable and the staff are very friendly! I would definitely recommend this salon to others who enjoy a relaxing environment and most importantly a clean and organized environment!! Side note: Danny did my pedicure and was very gentle, I'm a wimp when it comes to my toes so I appreciated his approach! read more

I appreciate that they try to fit in as many people as they can to accommodate but I hate the feeling of being rushed, especially during a pedicure. I am only able to get them ever so often so when I do, I like to be able to relax. Last time I couldn't even choose a more expensive one because they didn't have time to do it. This is the second time I've been rushed out in under 30 minutes, I probably won't go back. read more

I have been to Glossy Nails twice now and can honestly say this place is amazing! It's absolutely spotless! Peter and the rest of the staff is so welcoming and personable! I have gone to this nail salon in Bedford consistently every 3-4 weeks for about the past 2 years. They are TOP NOTCH! Beautiful nails every time. The dip color choices are too numerous to count. Staff are very professional and highly skilled. They work quickly and nail quality is consistently great. I refer to them all the time. Go to the Manchester salon too! THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!!!! I was in today for a manicure and pedicure! So friendly, professional, CLEAN, and accommodating!!! I have been to many salons and have found nothing as nice as this! They made me feel like a princess!!!! They take the time to listen to what you want done and they have the patience to perfect your nails the way you want them.
