Left a google review about the experience we had there this weekend, and received the most atrocious response accusing me of being a liar and claiming they only accept appointments on Saturday and Sunday though that wasn't listed anywhere on the website. I'm so happy I didn't give a business with such low regard of customers my money. Updated to respond to owner: First of all, we weren't given the option to wait. We knew if we walked in there was a chance that we'd have to wait, but we weren't given that option. We were just told you were "full" for the day and were immediately turned away. As I explained before, I checked your website, and saw that you were all open for the rest of the morning and the afternoon. Nothing on your website says appointments are required, and we aren't mind readers so how should we have gotten that information? You staff did NOT say sorry. No one asked ANYONE to stop what they were doing to do our nails. We weren't rude or demanding in anyway. I left a review based on my experience, as is my right. There's a professional way to handle these things, and your responses to me and some of your customers is so incredibly nasty and vile. There's no need for you to be rude. I was not rude in my initial review in any way. My friend also left a review and you were polite to her? Why did my review result in so much vitriol and hateful language. We found another salon that did an excellent job on our pedicures, were kind and attentive, and didn't have a vague appointment policy. Do you take walkins or not? Your story keeps changing. You can't take walk-ins "some times" and then suddenly decide you aren't going to for certain people. Your replies speak for themselves. Learn how to provide customer service. Don't do it to yourself. Go to Key nails! The worst pedicure I ever received, then they lie...and just look at the poor job. the man did not even massage my feet and rubbed cream into my shins for a massage. They did not use polish and he did not know how to do a French pedi. I mentioned upon paying that my FEET were not massaged, there is no polish and asked to see proof that he did do it? they showed me the video proving me right and lied right to my face. I was then assaulted by a customer who called me names and grabbed my property and threw it outside. No polish was even used, and they lied. I can see by the reviews I am not alone. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, but that was it. It'd be better if they could actually have a conversation with you, but they either can't or won't. Definitely not worth the money. Also, when doing a pedicure, it's usually better to follow the shape of the nail instead of just cutting squares and making toes look stupid. Also, never in my life have I paid so much for such little service. They don't do cuticles when doing nails? What a load of shit!!!! NEVER COMING BACK TO THEIR SHITTY SALON. They could have had a loyal customer, instead they ripped me off. Piss poor customer service, nails are basic b*tch, bare minimum. My experience at Quincy Nail and Spa wasn't all negative. I decided to not return to this salon because my last few visits haven't been so great. My usual nail technician was out so I was assigned to Tim. He rarely communicated with me throughout my service. I was rushed to choose a color by one of the ladies who seated me. Tim never communicated with me or asked me if I was happy with the shape of my nails or the service in general. He rushed and was annoyed with me when I stopped to check to see if I was happy with the way he was filing my nails. He was harsh and I honestly felt like I was a nuisance to him. My dip powder was extremely light and I could see my natural nails through my color. I did not feel welcomed at this nail salon thus my decision to not return. read more

Really upsetting. I thought I had booked a manicure and liquid gel fill in. They assumed I only wanted a fill in. when I asked them to cut my cuticles, they were condescending and rude. I asked for clarification of what I should have booked and they uahered me out of the salon without clearing the air or being accommodating to the customer. I left with a half done manicure and more confusion. As a new customer, I hoped they would have understood that I didn't know their process. New gel nails also looks terrible with no manicure! Came in here as a new customer on my only day off because my normal nail salon isn't open Sundays. I have pink and white ombre dip nails. I needed a fill. I asked if I could do a slightly darker shade of pink, they said no problem. When the tech got done, they looked terrible. There was a clear line between the pink and the white. I said I wasn't happy and it wasn't really acknowledged. I paid, went to leave and decided to come back in seeing I just paid $50 and sat there for an hour and 20 mins. The tech said he would fix them but was obviously pissed about it. The tech told me, some colors don't blend as well and next time don't pick that color..I said to him, if I was advised as such I obviously wouldn't have picked that. I'm not a nail tech so I have no way of knowing that one particular powder isn't going to blend well. The shade that I had picked furthermore really wasn't all that much different from what I normally get... He fixed them but was rushing through it obviously very aggravated. They look better than they did... the line is gone but they are mis-shaped and a couple of them have bubbles on the top coat. I appreciate him taking the time to fix them even though he was clearly pissed off about it, however what bothers me is that the first time around they were perfectly happy sending me out the door with a bad nail job. Even though after they fixed them they still don't look nearly as good as my normal nail salon does them, I still tipped and thanked them. Definitely won't be back though. read more

After several visits I can confidently say that I have found MY salon. I have gone back time and time again and each time I have left happy with my nails! Quinn takes her time in prepping, shaping, and painting to make your nails look perfect! Her attention to detail and care through out the process are unmatched amongst other salons in the area. I have often felt like almost every "first" visit the manicurist does their absolute best to woo you and then on repeat visits service declines. This is not the case here! read more

This location was recommended to me but I was not impressed. I went for a pedicure and noted that although there were liners in the tubs, when the person next to me left, the liner was not changed. Rather it we "rinsed out" for the next person. Also, I have a hammer toe and the technician in another language was flipping my toe and making fun of me. I would never return for both of theses reasons. Very unprofessional and not clean re liners. read more

Horrific! Tim admitted my nails don't look like the picture a little...well, a lot. Anyway, his wife comes running over.. telling me I have no morals for wanting them fixed. I had been willing to pay for him to make it glossy and pay for his time...they keep saying he can't do any better..well, obviously not, wife has to fix his battles...I thought this was a pretty good place..even though they wayyyy overcharge! I tipped him 20$ and they treated me like shit for not wanting to run around w dirty dingy nails from a place I will gladly say where I got them done and what I think of them and their conduct. I had to pay a Lyft back and 4th to get here..then, finding a place to get my nails fixed.. while worrying about my mom's cancer results we get tomorrow. So thank I, I'm standing here outside waiting for Lyft, 15 minutes bawling my eyes out and writing this. So, long story short, don't waste ur time or 75$ to get called names and walk out w nails like I just want to hide my hands. I work with the public and my hands r seen all day and people always comment about my nails...well, I can tell them all about it this fun little story... these people r mean and should not be in the service industry. read more

I went in for a fill and a pedicure and it wasn't a good experience for me. I didn't find them friendly at all! My technician never once looked at me and the only time he talked to me was to ask me a question about my nails. He did a good job on my nails , but they spend more time talking with each other than acknowledging the clients that they have in front of them. The best part of of going to the spa is a relaxing atmosphere and I was so uncomfortable in the salon that I decided to not get my pedicure. read more

Ah where do I begin... I absolutely adore Quince Nails and Spa. I am SO picky about where I get my nails done and I don't usually trust a lot of salons but when I came in to Quince nails, I left feeling happier than ever. I had just recently got dip powder on my natural long nails and they turned out amazing. Unfortunately a week later I slammed my nail into a wall and it split in half. I immediately called Quince for some help and even though they were packed for the day they came to my rescue and completely fixed the issue. I had Jerry and he was wonderful. He was so gentle on my broken nail, and the acrylic set he did was GORGEOUS.... (And I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING). I had a lot of requests and he met them all. The owner of the salon is also so friendly and was there to help me along the way. I highly recommend Quince Nails and Spa to everyone! read more

I do not recommend this place at all. I scheduled an appointment two days ago and wanted to go the day after and Quince and Quinn was not available so I waited a full day so that I could have a scheduled appointment with Quinn and I scheduled a deluxe pedicure and a manicure and when I arrived they had me sit down in the chair and a male came over to me and I said where is Quinn and he said oh she's not available and I said OK why didn't I get a call or text he said that system doesn't work so he started performing my pedicure and I said what kind of a pedicure did you do and he said the classic and I said OK when I scheduled online to meet with Quinn I scheduled the deluxe pedicure and a manicure. Then when I walked in the door, I had to put my phone number in and I again was asked what service I was there for and I put in a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. Why am I not getting that service?
