I did make an appointment a few weeks ago because my schedule wasn't super flexible. My technician who did a manicure and pedicure was Dejah and she was lovely. She took time cleaning and filing each nail meticulously. I did get an express manicure and a nourishing pedicure with gel polish - both services cost around $135, but I thought it was well worth the money for the professionalism and detail that the technician offered. Since I didn't have cash for tip, I was able to leave a tip via Venmo. PS: they have drinks you can purchase. I like that you can add a quiet add on to your appointment so your technician knows you're not interested in talking but want to relax. They have a wide variety of nail polish and the polish will typically last for a few weeks with no chipping. Prices are reasonable for the service you receive. All technicians have provided excellent service and are detailed and complete quality work. There is also a coffee shop next door so arrive to your appointments a few minutes early to get your Favorite beverage.

I am going to give her grace because perhaps it was an off day however, I do not have to patronize a visit with my hard earned money if I'm not going to be respected. Allow me to say that the salon is not the most elegant is it the most clean. Certain things I have overlooked however, now I see that they are starting to add up charges for services when they did not before. If I am going to be subjected to premium prices, then I expect to be indulged in an atmosphere to where I am not seeing supplies in the bathroom or smelling the lunch of the technicians prepared in the back that fuses throughout the salon. To add to this the services offered are limited. The color choices or from cat eye or chrome or subpar compared to other salon however, the pricing is equivalent. Although the salon is fairly close and proximity, I will be seeking another salon for services moving forward.

Ma-Naya is the best!…read more Customer service: Super polite and precise. After my pedi was done, I knew that I wasn't going to another nail tech. I had no complaints after I was done. Atmosphere: Her spot is in one of the Salon Loft suites. It's very quaint and she makes it very cozy. I almost fell asleep in the seat. Price: She has fair prices and let's you know if anything will cost more. I definitely felt like I was paying for what I asked for. Would I recommend? I sent my mom and group of friends here. I usually do my feet between pedicures. I haven't had one in a while but you wouldn't be able to tell. I say this because they automatically pull out the "cheese grater. They don't even access your feet beforehand. I told her I didn't want the grater so she used the pumice stone. The biggest issue is I left out of that place so ashy. She stripped away all of my oil I put on my legs and feet. I shouldn't have to pay extra or get a more expensive pedicure for my legs to be moisturized. Secondly the cost of a regular pedi cur is atrocious. Wow! I didn't look at my feet. I sat under the drier once done I managed to put on my socks and sneakers. I couldn't even feel my feet for smoothness. I had surgery and I can't bend much. I didn't look at them again once polished because I liked how she shaped them beforehand. I have made it home and it is not good. Once I laid in bed I noticed she did polish a toe. How did that happen? I could say but I won't. As for me never again.
