I started having them done monthly and unfortunately the thoroughness of it was not great. I was usually left with a patch somewhere or some strays that were missed. I found another waxing salon that is more thorough for the same price.

So I come to Buford and it might be a bit further for me but it's worth it. They have great waxing promo where you can multiple parts of your body waxed for a better price. I usually go to Sophie and she is excellent and very knowledgeable about skin and suggestions on dry skin etc. Last time she had a emergency and had to cancel and I appreciated it so much she messaged me and told me sorry etc. I was like, no apology needed, life happens sometimes. But I would definitely pick her to do my waxing she is great. It was great to know that Sophie values her repeat customers. Also, I have tried Olga since I was already there last time, and Olga was very nice as well. The ambience and vibe is very relaxing abc nicely set up. You wait in the lounge area and then they take you to a private room and you get waxed. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to take off for getting waxing done. Located in a busy little shop area in heart of Buford. It's a place I recommend to all my friends who live near by.

Sophie was so sweet, she was up front and told me what I needed to do, gave me recommendation, explained how and when I should exfoliate.. She did an awesome job waxing me! She left my behind smooth like a babies butt!! I had a few ingrown hair and she was so patience with me and pulled it out with a tweezer! I have never met someone that's loves their job as much as her!!! With that being said... if you haven't already, go give Sophie a visit!! You will not be disappointed!!

We both had facials and body treatments, and everything felt relaxing, clean, and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool area, sauna, beautiful outdoor space with flowers, and the peaceful waiting area. They also offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which was such a nice touch. The spa itself was very clean, including the bathrooms and locker room area, and the service was excellent from start to finish. It was a beautiful, relaxing day and a special experience to share with my mom.

I am writing this one to protect you! This is a declining resort, pretending to offer a luxury, high-end resort experience. There is absolutely no importance placed on customer service. The facilities and grounds are underwhelming for the price. It was not clean. And they do not value their guests. I spent so much money to stay a weekend with my fiancée to celebrate our engagement. We were incredibly excited. Coming home, I felt like I had been tricked out of my money. Our room was not ready when we arrived at check-in time. They scrambled to get the champagne and roses ready, ruining the surprise for my fiancée. The spa was consistently unclean: dirty towels left on furniture, stepping over empty glasses and cups everywhere, and the men's locker room looked like no one had attended it all day. Good luck getting in touch with any of the staff. They are understaffed and disorganized. Whether it was the spa desk, a restaurant, room service, management... we were constantly playing phone games, reaching voicemail, and never getting a call back. The massages were a horrible value. They were very expensive, yet mediocre, and my massage therapist talked during most of it about himself. It was not a relaxing experience. Every place we ate at the resort was overpriced and also mediocre. During our second day, my fiancée had stomach issues due to the food we had eaten. So we were unable to attend our wine tour. When I explained this to management, and tried to get a refund for the tour (or at least a credit), we had to again play many phone games before being told nothing would be done. The lack of customer service, especially for the level of service we were expecting and paying for at a "luxury" resort, is truly the most disappointing aspect of Chateau Elan. Please!! Do not make the same mistake we did, do not waste your money! Personally, I wish i'd stayed at the Hampton.

My daughter and I were plopped into massaging chairs for quite a long wait, and the end pedicure result for both of us was entirely not worth the cost. Done sloppy and too quickly, but by very friendly gals. The ambiance is muted and modern, although the ceiling panels, columns, and drink tray attached to the chair were in desperate need of a cleaning, although in all honesty, the most important thing to be clean in a salon is the tools, and they all looked to be efficiently sanitized. I just don't think that I'll be going back based on cost versus quality.
