So! Here I go again ! Spending money but so worth it. Van did my nails and she did exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture and she captured the picture perfectly. She was fast, friendly and they even were giving everyone a gift with purchase. (I believe it was for the holidays) now here I am 10 days later and still pleased with the results. The last time I went my nails lasted for 25 days! So impressed with the results and the quality. Thank you to Van and Vivian! Also, I love hearing them talk to each other in their mother tongue. It shows they have a good relationship with each other and inspires me to learn some phrases in Vietnamese so I can join in the fun!

After having a negative experience at the nail place across the street...Gloss & Feathers saved the day! Their prices were fair and transparent, staff was friendly and easy to chat with, and salon was in a convenient location with availability to take a Sunday afternoon walk in after a couple of minute wait. My nails turned out cute and have lasted over 3 weeks with SNS Dip. I liked my gal and she said everyone there does a greatAbsolutely would recommend this spot!

I looked on yelp for a nail salon that would do a fill as a walk in. I am from out of town and needed a fill badly. They took me in and Leann did a great job. Look the look and shape. Salon was nice and clean. Highly recommend!

The service is okay and the nails turned out great. But, she didn't let the primer dry out so my nails were burning during the process. She told me that it's because I haven't done it in a while, but I only had this experience with gel curing. Even now, I think I'm experiencing some discomfort with my nails. It's like an okay nail salon that I would go to because it's next to my house, but I wouldn't bring my friend.

I came in Saturday as a surprise; my s/o made an appointment for me. I never get my nails done so I was so excited to have a mani pedi and to be pampered because I never do this kind of stuff for myself. The service was nice and enjoyable, but extremely rough at times. I don't know the technical terms for the tools, but there seemed to be a sandpaper type sponge that the lady used and she rubbed over and over my cuticles on my toes and also on my fingers until the skin was sore and raw. She would squirt some type of acetone over that area mid way and it would sting so bad. The store was extremely busy yesterday and perhaps the lady felt rushed, I really don't know, I was thinking that perhaps this is part of the process and maybe I'm just not used to it (because like I said, I never get my nails done). There seems to be like bruising and cuts where it was hurting during the service. I asked a few of my friends and they said that type of service is definitely not part of the process and to keep an eye on any possible infection on my fingers. I also have a cut on my toe from that sandpaper thing she used but I won't be posting pictures of my feet. Busy or not, every customer deserves to be handled gently and not have a rushed service. The lady doing my nails seemed to be so rushed that she stood up during my hand massage to speak to the next clients that were waiting for a pedi. I was so excited in the moment that I didn't realize until after and actually reflected on the whole experience that this was not how it was supposed to be and for as expensive as this was, I should not having cuts and tenderness near my nails after a service.

Reverse French with small detailed designs of flowers on a few nails and a few nails done solid color as requested.

I was really excited to try this place with I saw the reviews and all of its cute designs they showed. I also called ahead and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I went in with the intention of getting a manicure and a pedicure but left after my pedicure because of how much I disliked it. She cut my big toe diagonal and was about to just start painting it without shaping it better? I had to tell her to file it straight. I picked the 48 dollar gel pedicure but somehow was charged 66 dollars! I understand you might charge extra for the gel removal on my toes but how am I being charged an extra 18 dollars?! I am frustrated with my experience, I will not be returning. There are many better places that are cheaper and do a great job! read more

My husband and I came here from out of town after doing some research and this salon was close to our resort. Let. Me. Tell. You. The pedicure was amazing. Both husband and I loved it. It's one of my top 5 pedicures ever received and I like a good tough clean and massage and this was it! I find myself wanting another one now. I also got my nails done at the same time as my toes. I had SNS with tips and wanted them removed and then just SNS on my natural nail. I showed a photo of the design and wanted and she absolutely exceeded my every expectation. I highly recommend this salon and when we come back to Phoenix, we will be stopping in for the best pedicure and nails of my life. read more

I want to first start off with the positive, they were very nice and accommodating which almost makes me feel bad to write a bad review but these nails were awful. I got these nails done last Friday which means they have been on one week and one day and from the pictures I'm showing they are already coming off and they are full of air bubbles(I do not work in a job that requires any hard labor and have never had nails fell off. And to make it even worse this was right before my boyfriend proposed to me so my air bubble nails are what are in all of our photos. read more

I walked in to a full salon, and the staff was kind and gracious. They asked me to wait 10 minutes, and within 10 minutes I was seated and starting to get my manicure. This is absolutely the best nail salon in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix area! Each time I have come in I have gotten both an sns manicure as well as a pedicure and each service was done with the most quality care and attention to detail. My nails always last super long, which I have had problems with in the past with other nail salons. The customer service is great! The salon is super clean and always smells amazing! Able to call shortly ahead and get a dip mani and gel pedi app on a Sunday morning. Service was friendly, fast, nice selection of colors/styles, clean, safe especially with COVID precautions. Thought they would be a good place with the reviews, nope. They were nice at first but the second they started painting it was awful. I texted them before making sure they can do a design and they couldn't. Showed another photo to the person and I said 5 times and showed how I wanted it and STILL messed them up. The low rating of this review is for the man working at this location so it's either Kevin or Andrew not sure which one. Anyway, he lacks good customer service and was very rude when after he asked if I liked the nails and I told him no because they were very botchy and see thru on certain parts of the nail. He added one coat of polish to one of my nails and asked what I thought but before I could even answer he shrugged and said there's nothing else I can do I already did four coats. So I said if there's nothing else you can do why did you even ask what I thought? To which he shrugged and repeated there's nothing else I can do. He tried to grab my hand to do the clear coat but I pulled away and asked for someone else to finish my nails to which he replied in a passive aggressive way. The lady comes to take over and I thanked her and HE replied "no problem." To which I said I was speaking to her and he said okay speak to her then and I replied I am. And he kept saying okay okay like dude you already going back and forth with a customer is not a good look but as a man why are you going back and forth with a woman? Ew. Kat did my nails over and did an AMAZING job. She tried to apologize for the man and say he's usually nice and must be having a bad a day to which I told her him having a bad day is no excuse, he needs to leave that at the door when it comes to working with people. I don't think I'll be back after this. But I do want to shout out Kat for saving my nails which is proof that there definitely was more the other guy could've done he just chose not to. read more

I came in shortly after they opened and I was not aware an appointment was required however, the gal at the front desk was able to get me in. During the pandemic, they are ensuring all clients wash their hands prior to even picking out polish and require appointments. In addition, they also have partitions between the nail techs and the clients for the clients looking for manicure services. I came in for a pedicure, the price was reasonable. The pedicure seat has built in massagers and they also have foot rests. My nail tech was very professional. I would absolutely come back and get more services. read more

If you want to be treated like a queen, this is the place! Very friendly and nice staff. I walked in on a Thursday morning without an appointment and luckily they had availability! I would strongly recommend making an appointment, though! These folks are really good and know what they are doing! I had Jason do my pedicure and gel toes! He threw in the most amazing foot massage for free! Tom worked his magic on my dip nails! Clean, efficient and excellent nail salon!! I was just visiting and not even one of their regular customers! You are definitely missing out if you are not going in! No nosy questions or judgement about your nails! Friendly, fast and excellent service! read more

I just moved from out of state & have been searching for a new go to nail salon and y'all, this is it!! I drive over 25 minutes to get here & it is beyond worth it. I got a SNS dip manicure from Tom & not only did he do an amazing job, but he was incredibly kind & funny! There are a million different colors and my dip is going on week 4 right now & still looks so good. No chips or crack lines or lifting in the back! The salon is super clean & doesn't smell like polish at all. I would suggest calling to schedule an appointment & bringing cash! 10/10 would recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality nails! read more

Nyla is also the sweetest at the front desk and always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I used to be a loyalist to a chain waxing studio before going to Bare, but I've been going here for almost 2 years and couldn't imagine anywhere else. I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails, especially when it comes to hybrid gel/builder gel because it is SO hard to find someone who actually knows how to do it well, and Vanna absolutely crushed it. Not only is she insanely talented, but she's also just the sweetest human. Warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and somehow incredibly meticulous while also being super efficient. She paid attention to EVERY detail without the appointment taking 14 business days. She helped me pick colors, gave design suggestions, and totally understood the vibe I wanted. The shape? Perfect. The application? Flawless. My nails look clean, glossy, natural, strong, and expensiveeeee. And honestly, you can immediately tell she genuinely cares about her work. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. She knows hybrid gel/structured gel so well, and that alone is worth its weight in gold because finding a tech who specializes in it is nearly impossible. I have been going to Gloss and Feathers lounge over year and half. I love working with B, she does an amazing job and every time i go anywhere people complement me on my manicure and pedicure and my color choice! B is very hip and she knows her colors well! I love the entire staff, very professional, kind and friendly. The owner a lovely woman name Michlin she is not only caring and professional, she truly cares for her staff and customers. I recall a time when a customer came in and complained about a service that was clearly no ones fault, but the owner with her grace apologized on behalf of her staff member and offered the customer $20 gift certificate which to my surprise the customer was not happy and wanted more. What was interesting it seemed the customer had an agenda she was keep pushing the owner to a corner hoping she would snap and lose her cool so can ask for more money, but what I loved about the owner not only she didn't lose her cool she remained calm but above all KIND and Respectful! I came here taking into account the rate and reviews which is 4,5. And was really disappointed. I did mani and pedi. Spent over $100. Not counting tips. Did just matt nails and foil for 2fingers. What did i get? 1. Uneven surface. 2. Had to file my nails after coming home, as the shape was different and again uneven 3. By the end of the day the foil and the matt finish pilled off. I am giving 2 stars as the hospitality was good. I did not like how clean was the place. Thought could go there if the nail professionals were good. I was served by the best one as far as i was told. And got this. Now i have such a sharp surface on my nails that cannot play with my newborn or even change the diaper, as i will scratch him. So what i expect from you is to refund my money as i do not want to come for fixing my nails. I would rather take a chance and go to other salon then come back. read more

Whenever I get my nails done here my polish will stay intact for several weeks. Usually, I have a basic manicure but recently I've been trying the gel manicure. I've been extremely happy with the results. It dries quickly underneath the heat lamp and I don't have to wait around for the polish to dry. I also don't have to worry about my nails getting smudged or chipping later. Another thing I would recommend about this place is their facials. You wouldn't think a nail salon would be a good place to get a facial but they'll prove you wrong. They really give you the works with steaming your face, removing black heads and exfoliating for half the price of those fancy spas. read more

I have been going to Kathy (owner) for almost 20 years. I have followed her to many salons. She now is the owner and I cannot say enough great things about her and her work. I started using SNS (Dip) about a year ago and would never go back to acrylic. The one problem I found at other salons was SNS colors were limited. Here they have hundreds of colors to chose from. I come from Goodyear all the way to Scottsdale to get them done. Please give them a try they will not disappoint. read more

I and my friend came to this nails shop last week for her birthday. We got the best pedicure ever. The staffs there are so awesome, they r very friendly and do such a good job. My friend even got 20% discount and a CND lotion for her birthday gift (they always have special for every occasion). Another thing that I like about them is they use the liner for every spa tub. Love this place!! Lisa has been doing my SNS & she does a great job. They are super thin & even. I have always had an issue with anything other than acrylic staying on my nails for longer than a few days and my last SNS manicure stayed on for almost 3 weeks without breaking or coming up. The staff is so nice & friendly and you can tell everyone enjoys working together. The chairs & pedicure chairs are so comfortable and everything is so clean! Highly recommend! read more
