Vegans don't bother. When I looked up Glory Days online, I saw that they were offering the Impossible Burger in come locations. I was excited to go. But this location doesn't have it and almost everything has dairy powder even on french fries and corn chips. I was told that they fry in beef tallow. I'm thankful to the manger for being honest and careful. When he came out all he said was I could have the house salad with balsamic vinegar. Disappointing. I put together an idea and he told the kitchen what I wanted. In the end the credit goes to the kitchen not the manager. Our server was a robot and had no idea about anything on the menu. She recommended the black bean burger as vegan without hesitation. I already knew that it had eggs. My creation was really tasty but nothing I could not have made at home. My friend ordered the shrimp appetizer and it was over sauced and greasy. After that came out, she ordered the mac and cheese bites and they were even more greasy. Really sad. We liked the outdoor space here. Too bad there is nothing good to eat. read more

My husband daughter and I came here and the environment was very nice we got seated really quickly and our waitress was very nice as well it was our first time there so we read through the menu it was recommended by a friend. I got wings that were smoked my husband got the bison burger and my daughter got the chicken and waffles.The bison burger had no flavor at all I would not recommend this burger the fries were really good my wings had a very good smoke taste but that's about all there was not a lot of flavor as far as the sauce went. My daughter love the chicken but the waffles just were mediocre no one really ate them. OI'll come back over all the food was good I just need to learn the menu and how to order the wings I wouldn't get them smoke again and I would ask for extra sauce. And of course never never never get the bison burger. read more

Showed up around 4:30 on a Saturday when not only the NFL draft was going, but the local hockey team (go Bolts!) was playing in the playoffs for the cup. Anyway, found the last parking space and went inside. Greeted by 3 very bored and unhappy looking teens at the front, one of whom asked me how many. I replied "two" and one of them walked off after we THOUGHT we heard her mumble "follow me". Apparently we misheard, because she walked over to the very opposite side of the floor and sat down to do some prep work. Confused at this point, we seated ourselves at a clean table in the middle of the floor where we were sure not to be missed. After a couple of minutes, a busboy saw us and looked over at the bored teen crew at the front door and gave a "WTF" arm raise and shrug. I assumed at that point someone would be over, but it took a server walking by about 5 minutes later to state "be with you folks in a sec". He (the server) is the only reason for 4 stars. The wings were good, of course, and the atmosphere was decent considering it was a Saturday and playoffs. All in all, not a bad visit, but it could have very easily been less than it was. Tips--the wings are, like, Fucillo HUUUUUUGE!!! So be prepared to either leave stuffed or take some home if you order more than 6. Their bleu cheese dressing is very good at taking the bite out of any hot wings you get, so keep that in mind in case you overstep trying to be all macho and stuff. The sweet tea is decent, but not "southern sweet", so if you're a transplant, you'll be fine. They have all-day $5 "homerun" margaritas, so there's that. If you go before dark, you're likely to encounter some families (with young ones), so plan accordingly. ***UPDATE*** So the wife and I came by after a trip to the coast and Ybor city since I always give a place two tries. Saturday night, not too busy, got seated quickly (next to the bar, but didn't mind). Congenial server came by and took our drink order, so far so good. Fast forward to the food. I got a dozen boneless in honey bbq (I'm easy to please), the wife got the chicken tenders platter, Mo' in law got the steak and rice bowl. Boneless wings were okay, but a little dry (even smothered in sauce), the steak and rice bowl was missing the guac (and seemingly the steak, unless it only comes with 7 little pieces), the guac itself was 'meh'. The sweet tea was the same as before, and the lemonade still didn't get up and dance like 3.99 lemonade should. All in all, this is our last visit. I can think of many more places I can spend $20+ per person and be more satisfied. read more

Terrible service. Waited in line for a table to watch the nfl games, while I watched several white couples and families be seated we were put in the back corner of the restaurant with very poor view of the most of the games. When I spoke to the manager older white lady with a terrible haircut rudely told us to go back and get in line at the front. Even though we already waited in line once. Standard treatment of 2 people of color. We left won't be back. We went on a Thursday evening, and were seated right away. Olivia was our server, and was terrific! As first-time guests, we had lots of questions which she patiently answered. Okay. Went back. The manager recognized me because of my review. Before this, My daughter took us and ordered the nachos and they were amazing! The niche for this place seems to be family-friendly American bar food. We had the pretzel app with the beer cheese dip to start and Burgers and fries for our meals. Burgers were big and juicy. Fries were crispy and seasoned nicely. If you want to just hang out and have drinks and enjoy a pretty good casual dinner while watching a game on one of the multiple tvs this is a good place to visit. Each table has a little portable speaker to tune in and listen to whichever tv you want. They even had 1 tv tuned to Nick Jr., I could see this being a family with young children's favorite night out. It's not my scene but if family friendly American bar food (Think Beefs, Chili's, Varsity Club, BWW) is your jam give it a shot. Stay away from the Arnold Palmer. It was not good at all. Extremely Good ! Ivy ( the server ) is the Perfect Example of what Great service is. Somebody should literally hire her and manager Steve to go teach other servers exactly how to give great service. I ate here twice when staying in a hotel within walking distance. It was not bad at all; just very normal. Nice variety for a sports bar. Decent offering of various burgers with thoughtful combinations of flavors. I was satisfied with the experience as a whole but not necessarily impressed. If I stayed at that same hotel again I'd likely return but I would not go out of my way if I wanted a good burger. Competition for good burgers is stiff these days and there are some absolutely outstanding ones being done by very talented people. My wife and I were in another restaurant and ordered lettuce wraps. After we were served our drinks, we were told the restaurant was out of lettuce! We were charged for the tea before we left. We went down the street to the Glory Days in Odessa where we eat at least twice a month. We were seated promptly and Madison was at our table to get our drink order just after we were seated. When we explained what we had just dealt with, Madison made sure our experience was a positive one. This restaurant is like all other places as they are short staff. We saw some hard working wait staff personnel as they place was full on a Saturday night. Again, the experience in this Glory Days turned what started with a bad experience at BOB and ended with an enjoyable on at Glory Days. Very disappointing experience. Long story short, nothing went right and I paid $24 for 1/2 a steak and a glass of tea. Never got my side salad. Asked for it after several minutes and was brought a salad with the wrong dressing. The waitress confirmed what dressing I wanted and said she would be right back. After several minutes, the main came out so I figured I'd be ok. The baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt the butter. I ate about 1/2 my steak and was done. The waitress comes by and asks if I'd like a refill on a tea. Maybe I'm complaining about too much but come on, bring the pitcher by and top it off without asking. read more

So I ask about app before I order and I was given standard menu and not told about what is $5 and what is not. Not good in my book they should have the $5 app list then. Your typical bar and grill but they are doing a good job at it. It's definitely a nice difference from your standard Applebee's, ale houses, Buffalo Wild Wings, other bar and grill places. The TV game was a 5 for sure however, man they had some beautiful tvs and they were everywhere. Sports guys dream place to go. And a nice fresh menu. I had the angus burger nothing crazy it was a late night. It was surely "plentiful", they did not slack on the meat or the juiciness. It was certainly delicious. I was fully satisfied after that meal. Also have a great alcohol selection at the bar, and some good beers on tap. The manager I must say that night was top notch service. Incredibly engaging and personable and focused. That man came to work that day ready to seize the day. Sometimes that is usually what lacks in these types of establishments (sports bar and grills) which is a good quality level of service. Usually the "I don't give a F" attitude you get from most service teams in this nook of the restaurant industry is consistent. But this manager was above and beyond. Overall in the area again or see another one they pop up I'll surely stop in. Especially if some sports are on and in the mode for beers, wings, and burgers. Side note: I had a major mental struggle trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. Quite a few things on the menu looked enticing. First of all this was the North Dale Mabry location and it was my first visit to this location. The service was excellent... Vanessa did an outstanding job of waiting on our table. However, the food (fish) was greasy, the fries were cold and the Margaritas we're absolutely the worst that I've ever had anywhere. We sent the first ones back because they tasted like sour mix and nothing else. The replacement rounds came and they were not quite as bad as the first so I kept it when I shouldn't have. When I sit down at a restaurant, I pay good hard earned money for a product that should be served with pride and as near to perfect as someone can get it, I don't pay to be slopped like a animal, but that's what I have come to expect in Tampa... If you can't half ass it don't do it at all seems to be the new normal. read more

We asked to see the manager and when he came out he was fighting back with us and being smart with us. He lied to us telling us their was only 2 servers when there were clearly 5 servers. We live in the area and this was our first time eating here. Our waitress was Denise and she was very nice explaining the menu etc. We ordered wings for an appertizer and 2 burgers. Told her we wanted our wings first. But after a long wait we got everything at once. Plus I ordered sweet potato fries and got regular ones. We were not too happy but she said her manager, Jorge was taking the wings off the bill. Jorge came over and he was an amazing manager and ended up giving us another order of a different kind of wings with the rub to try for free. We have driven by several locations but never ever went. We finally decided to stop at this location and I honestly didn't think I would like it all the much. The sangria is $5. I thought for sure it would be watered down, but I was feeling pretty good after one. The food was decent. I need to try something different next time though. The wings were literally the best we ever tasted. Seriously. I'm shocked. When we go to restaurants we usually get pretty decent customer service. But I have to say we had excellent customer service here. The manager Ryan Cain stopped by to make sure someone has stopped by to start out orders. I thought that was great. Later he found out (assuming by the waitress) that we have never been there before. He came out later with a free appetizer of wings. (Not sure if this is customary or not, either way we loved it)We were pleasantly surprised by such a nice gesture. And the wings were sooo good. We probably would have never thought to get them on our own. He later came by I believe two more times (4 times in total I think) to check in us. I don't know, me and my husband just thought it was excellent customer service and we don't normally see this kind of exceptional service and we eat out ALOT. We try not eat the same restaurants a lot, but we will definitely be back for the great customer service and the seemingly affordable alcoholic beverages. Pleasantly surprised by this sports bar. I want to love this place. Great atmosphere, close to home, nice center, but honestly the food is just so-so. I love food, so when I eat my food, whether it's a salad or wings or whatever, I want to think YUM as I bite into it. Nope, I just think, it's edible but nothing to write home about. Sigh...
