I called them and they sent someone out quick to give me an estimate for my office and the house. The price was right and I hired them for both. The results were exactly what I expected AND I get to write off the home office portion of the cleaning. They setup the twice monthly cleaning time when I go pick up mail and run weekly errands out of the house. When I come back, my house and office are spotless. I can't tell you how much that helps my mindset to have everything clean and orderly. That in itself is worth what they charge me.

She was scheduled from 9am-1pm and it was to the tee. Very efficient, nice and sweet lady. This was cheaper than other services I've hired too. After she finished she asked me to inspect and she quickly took care of a couple of spots she missed. Bo, the manager is also great. She is quick to respond and communicates well. In all fairness I was offered a refund but only after I had already done the cleanup myself as I had not been told of a refund previously.

Aga herself and a team came to my house which is pretty big job 5200sqft. My house was absolutely glowing afterwards. Throughout the years we'd use her service whenever we came up to this house as we were renovating our other one getting it ready to rent. She always made sure she had a team that could come to our home! Now that we're living here full time again we use her service weekly and since we are doing a MASSIVE spring clean/ home organization we're currently using her service 3xs a week. She has Evelyn and Daniel doing this daunting task for us and OMG Evelyn is an absolute power house and works miracles. Daniel will probably be a body builder after having to lift all the heavy tubs for us and move ridiculously heavy furniture to clean under it to get everywhere as clean we possible. Our home is looking absolutely amazing! Her pricing is also ALWAYS fair- after going through like 7-10 different companies and having places like Merry Maids rip us off while doing such a shitty job having found Blue Coast is seriously just such a find. I can't thank Aga and her teams enough for everything they've done for us and Evelyn and Daniel for getting our home put back together after being gone for as long as we were! Absolutely recommend.

When I first moved in, I asked for a DEEP CLEANING and it never happened. Negotiate for what you want before you commit!! #lessonslearned So I summoned my trusty Yelp search engine for quotes of Deep Cleaning businesses in the area. The move in/move out level cleaning is meant to make your place look good as new. European Cleaning Services was one of the more comprehensive competitive rates. I didn't like the flat rates, I prefer the hourly rate model. You earn what you do. Agris responded that his fees are $70/hr for a 2 man crew, minimum of 2 hours. For a 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, stairways, living room kitchen and more... it took 4 hours and 15 minutes = $295 They accept cash, checks, venmo or zelle. I asked for an invoice, so I can be reimbursed by the landlord ;) Agris and his buff younger assistant showed up punctually with all of their own cleaning tools. I mentioned we lived in a 3 story townhouse, so they had all the extra tools to reach high areas. Covid Safety - They had face masks and gloves to perform their cleaning. I think that is normal for them to protect themselves from all the dust and chemicals and yucky stuff. They started from 3rd floor and worked their way down. I was super impressed by all of the spots they cleaned. Areas I didn't know needed cleaning and plenty of dustttt coming down. Where did all of this dust come from?!?! And I could hear epic scrubbing. Most of the house was cleaned beyond our recognition. I can tell they are probably used to cleaning empty spaces more for the move in/move out cause I noticed some of my stuff was not put back where it was originally. And my shower head was pointed out at me when I turned on the shower. It would probably drive me crazy if this happened monthly. I was also surprised to see the mineral of the watermarks on my glass shower door still there. It was on 3rd floor where they started so it definitely wasn't because they were out of time... Oh well, not a big deal. I really appreciate that they worked extra hard to get the place looking brand new. Originally I guestimated that I would only need them for 3 hours or so, but they ended up staying for 4 hours and 15 minutes... basically crunch time til their next job. We tipped them extra extra for the hard work. Super nice team of strong efficient cleaners! I highly recommend them for the move in/move out type of moves to give your place that extra extra clean. I feel like they would be on the pricier end for just a light cleaning and having my stuff moved around drives me nuts. I will definitely keep their contact information the next time I need to sign any leases. I need that deep clean!!!!!

The unit had been unoccupied for two years due to probate after his passing, so it needed a serious deep cleaning once the junk removal was done. Christina from Platinum Bucket recommended them, and I'm so glad she did. Shar, the owner, was the first person I spoke with over the phone. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional from the start, which made scheduling easy and stress-free. Adam came by on October 7 to provide a free in-person estimate. He was very thorough, inspecting every area of the home and giving us a fair quote on the spot. At the time, the furniture and items were still in the unit since junk removal was scheduled for October 10. We scheduled the cleaning for October 13, right before my aunt and I had to fly back home to Hawaii. On the day of the cleaning, one of the cleaners, Priscilla, arrived on time with another team member. Adam stopped by to review the details with us and allowed us to prepay in cash since we wouldn't be around for the final walkthrough. He reassured us that before-and-after photos would be sent once the job was completed, and if the total ended up being slightly higher, we could easily pay the balance via Zelle. About four hours later, while we were already on our way to the airport, they emailed to confirm the cleaning was finished. The next day, we received detailed photos showing the completed work, and the results were incredible. The unit looked immaculate. Even better, the total came out exactly as estimated. We had a small remaining balance, which we asked them to distribute as a tip to the cleaners because they truly earned it. During such an emotional and challenging time, Shar and her team made the entire process easy and reassuring. Their professionalism, communication, and compassion gave my aunt tremendous relief knowing her late husband's home was cared for with respect. We highly recommend Mama's Cleaning Crew to anyone in the Orange County area looking for reliable, thorough, and trustworthy cleaning services. Thank you, Shar, Adam, and the team for your outstanding work. We are so grateful and will definitely contact you again when we return to California.
