On the day of the cleaning, they gave us a heads up when they were on their way, which made timing much easier on our end. Ben and his crew arrived right on time and were very professional and friendly. They walked us through what needed to be done and explained their process clearly. The job took several hours as expected, but they worked efficiently and did a great job. They even provided booties for us to wear since the carpet was still damp, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had a great experience and would definitely call them again for all of future carpet cleaning needs. He took a look at the stains, confirmed the quote and went right to work. He showed me the special cleaner used specifically for coffee stains. Afterwards, he pointed out the now barely noticeable stains and said that it would continue working over the next few days until it was pretty much gone. And true to word, can't even find where the stains were. Miracle worker. Sofa turned out great as well. Definitely brighter and overall nice to know it had a deep clean after the many years of whatever the kids put on it. He's worth it. At least get the quote and go from there! My friends advised me new company "Sharks Cleaning" which has new equipment and new generation of chemicals. This is really important for me, because I'm allergic. "Sharks Cleaning " uses only non - allergic & eco friendly stuff and chemicals. I was pleasantly surprised by fast respond vs other companies. Technician showed up on time . Very professional and cares about quality of his work. Removed all stains and odor . Carpet & tile looks like brand new. I asked if they could wipe down a stain on the wall and one of them said No I would need to use a magic eraser. She didn't even try to wipe off the stain so I did it and it didn't need much to get it off. After this experience, the value of my money is not worth it. Don't book them unless you want a mediocre job!
